We have ordered many times from this location and every time have had the same driver deliver our food. The drivers name is Fidel. First off, most delivery drivers are in a hurry and have no concern for the customer and their order. There main concern is getting the money and getting back on the road to make the next stop. Every time Fidel makes us feel like he is there for us and wants us to be perfectly satisfied with our purchase. He is polite, attentive and always makes us feel like he is there to make us happy. We order from pizza hut and specifically ask for him because we know he is always looking out for the customer. He is the main reason for us choosing this location. Fidel has GREAT work ethic and always goes the extra mile to make us feel satisfied with our purchase. Fidel is a perfect example of how restaurant staff should be and deserves recognition for his amazing service and dedication to his job. He is the reason we keep on choosing Pizza Hut for our family pizza night!

I ordered from here yesterday and then got sick and vomited. When I called to inform them they were very unapologetic and gave me an excuse. "Our food is not expired and we all wash our hands. You should go to the doctor and get a note." Never eating from here or any other Pizza Hut Again.

Theyre so busy on the weekends that theyre customer service is atrocious. They talk with an attitude and the last girl even hung up the phone on me because I asked her, "Could you say that again?" There are too many pizzerias in the area to have to deal with poor customer service.

This place is just awful. I have lived in Plainfield for 4 years now, and these guys manage to screw up my pizza every time. The kids working there seem like they are always screwing around.

Called at 9pm to order pizza and they said that they couldnt delivery it because it was about to close.. unless they dont close at 10pm anymore they suck!!!
