I did not post this explicitly to write a review, but to add to a trend I noticed. I asked for my receipt back after paying with a card, and after I did this my server realized he had overcharged me, and did another charge. Ok, people make mistakes, no big deal. But, I got the old receipt. He had added a shot of espresso to my drink. Well, not the drink.. just the charge. It seems like on that system, itd be weird to accidentally do that. Ive never used Starbucks POS, but is there an add espresso shot button, or is it in a submenu? I wouldnt say anything, but the reviewers seem to indicate that this happens frequently. If anyone notices an overcharge, leave a comment or something. It seems like a pattern. Im not that mad, really thinking it is a mistake... or just sad that wages have stagnated in this country so bad that people need to supplement their paycheck 80c at a time. Or perhaps this person just wants to equal out an espresso shot he grabs in the morning, and a few google reviewers have noticed. Im going with it was a mistake, and giving full stars because everything else was perfect.

Rude and over charge. I went thru this starbucks drive thru and they messed up my order. If he wasnt sure about my order, he should have asked and confirm right? He didnt say any word about sorry and moreover he tried to blame on me that it was my fault. He did try to advice me on how to order drive thru next time. wow so surprised and thanks to you that you messed up my day.

Their customer service is a nightmare! They messed up my order and didnt give me the receipt. When I showed them they charged my credit card more than they supposed to, the girl said its not that a big deal in a very bad attitude! They made a mistake to begin with and they were not even trying to correct it!

Love the workers and not a big coffee drinker,but love caramel fraps..The breakfast sandwiches are awesome.I really think the employees need more money, because America is serious about coffee & employee put up with alot of rude people...I MEAN MAJOR ASS HOLES..

This location has WiFi provided by Google, not AT&T, I had never seen that before. Also, there is a drive -thru service here, if you were curious. Not too large of a space, but I dont think they expect many folks to stay for a that long.

Typical Starbucks. Sometimes slow but the customer service is great and everything is made well. Decent amount of seating for individuals, pairs, and groups. Also has a nice little outdoor space.

Great staff and coffee made to order. Pne time they ran out of peppermint, which just about ruined my day ;), but i dont blame them. Their peppermint mochad are the best.

I like this starbucks. Im not a big fan of starbucks coffee, in general (its not bad by any means), but the staff here are mostly nice and its a good place for studying.

A great place to get your favorite drink! I love everything from a great mocha to my favorite Arnold Palmer Tea/Lemonade! The staff is hands down the best around. :)
