The employees are friendly, and the location if great, but it seems like the coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes like a Starbucks cup of coffee, but sometimes it tastes really watered down (this happens at other locations too). I once asked for the Italian Roast (it was the bold choice of the day), and I noticed that the worker who was serving me ran out of the Italian Roast and filled up the rest of my cup with Pikes instead of asking me if I wanted to wait for her to brew a new pot of Italian! This was the only worker who has ever done such a thing at this location. Its kind of a slap in the face when an employee treats me that way because 1. its like you are telling me that I dont know the difference between the flavors of your coffees (I CAN tell the difference). 2. Im spending $2 for a cup of coffee, the least you can do is serve me a fresh cup of what I ask for.

I am tired of going into this location and the customer service is aweful. Got two shots in a caramel frap and she threw away the extra. I paid for those shots! "Oh it wasnt that much" she says. Ughh! DOES IT MATTER? I paid for extra shots i didnt get! All i can say is most of them there act very careless and dumb! Get it together!!!

After a few lukewarm cups of coffee from this place I gave up trying to go here. There are so many better places for a cup of coffee, much less a better breakfast sandwich. Youre in downtown, and the Einsteins is only a few blocks away.

I love Starbucks, but the barista didnt make the drink right but we had waited 6 min for our drinks after ordering and we didnt have time to say anything. The staff was friendly though.

I at least go here three times a day. I love this store they know my order, always have it ready, and is always made correctly. My favorite barista is Laurie she is super awesome!

I stop here almost everyday when I commute home from Chicago. Its one of the best Starbucks in the area (Glen Ellyn/Glendale Heights/Bloomingdale/Lombard). Highly recommended.
