The last two or three times Ive been to this Taco bell Ive waited 20 minutes or more after ordering. Tonight they had run out of steak so I had to settle for half of my steak house nachos coming with chicken, which I found out I hate. It always seems so chaotic in the back like theyre running around with their heads cut off. Literally every visit Ive gone someone has come back wrong with our order, but Im not one for confrontation. And Im not sure if this was a mistake or not, but this time around I got 12 pack of Cinnabon Delights and they were cold in the middle of the three I attempted to eat. They even tasted a little freezer burnt. This has happened one other time. When I called I was told they are supposed to come cold in the middle and that I was just used to Cinnabons that had been sitting in the warmer.

First of all not only did the short me part of my order they got every item I ordered special wrong. I drove back to get them to fix it and didnt take all the wrong food. I was assured I didnt need to drive back and get it. I quote " I will fix it you, I dont want you to have to drive back and forth ". Get the fixed food and guess what I did need to drive back . By now I am madder than a hornet. I asked her 3 times if I needed to go get the other 2 items, and she said no all 3 times. So when I drive back to give them back their wrong food I ask for my money back and tell them to keep the food. They short me on my refund too. My son had to go back again. Then we open the one thing they supposedly fixed and guess what, it was made wrong again. Dont go here ever.

These guys are complete A-holes. Staff too lazy to make ice tea 5.5 hours before they close. The counter douche had to ask "What"? when I told him "I want a number one". I repeat myself.. Then if this imbecile cant get more stupid, he asks me "Is this for here or to go"? I said it was to go. 4 seconds later, he says "Is this for here or to go"? "I said you just asked me that twice in a row. I answered you the first time. It is for here". He said he didnt remember and gave me the stink eye. Who are these wack job punks? Customer service crap. Then another moron calls my order, I walk up and make eye contact with with him and he tosses the tray on the counter and walks away. What a real tool! You gen douchetards suck. Never be back here again.

I understand that Tuscola is a small town, and that your options are limited here, but I am warning you that you dont want to spend your money here. Since this establishment has opened, I have probably been here between 20-25 times, and only 2 of those times I didnt have a problem. These issues have ranged from food made incorrectly, food undercooked (dont get anything with shredded chicken, you will get food poisoning, they never have it warm enough), food burnt, stale shells and chips, forgotten food, horribly long wait times, unprofessional staff, etc. Im honestly surprised that the health department hasnt closed this place down, and that corporate hasnt retrained/replaced staff.

With three people in front of us, we waited over 20 minutes for our to-go order. Our food looked terrible. The beans on the nacho supreme were crusty as of they had been sitting out for days. Nothing had tomatoes on it and when I brought the taco supreme back in because there were no tomatoes or sour cream, the manager could have cared less that there was food leaving this restaurant that didnt even look edoble.

Food was ready quickly, and was standard Taco Bell fare. If you like Taco Bell, youd like the food here. The young man at the counter was polite, if a bit quiet. The dining room is quite small. Even a small crowd would quickly fill it, but I wouldnt call it cozy. It appeared clean.

This is the worst place to eat! Its ashame I cant leave less than 1 star because I wouldnt recommend it even if I were starving. There are at least a half dozen other and better places to spend your money within walking distance of that hole. Bottom line, DRIVE ON BY!!

Slow! I could have gone to Mexico and back and got some real tacos for all the time spent waiting. Im the only one here too. I guess if you want to look at it positively, my food will be worth more than what i paid when I ordered because of inflation.

The worst food Ive ever had at a Taco Bell. It was not edible. I called and spoke to "general manager" and he laughed when I was describing how bad the food was. His response to me before he hung up...sorry bout that. Dont waste your money here.

All of my food that came out was WAY too messy like Jalapeño sause everywhere! I ordered the Steak and Cheese Quesadilla with NO Jalapeño sause and baby, they LATHERED that with that sause! Dont waste your time coming to this Taco Hell!
