Awful experience. The past few times were ignored thinking the staff were just having a bad day but it happened again. Cant believe the manager treated us in that manner. He was throwing our food into the boxes then threw the box at us to take. When we tried correcting our order he stared us down and started yelling at us as if it was our fault. No refund was issued and no apologies were given for the situation. Had he been friendlier and patient with us, we would have just walked out without the missing orders but he wanted to stand there and fight! How ridiculous. Not once did we feel welcomed as a customer. Just a horrible vibe overall and they are in desperate need of a NEW MANAGER! UPDATE: Erik is apparently the owners son. No wonder hes still working there even after all of those negative reviews.

Visiting the area from another state and stopped to feed a family of 8. First the so-called manager(who I later found out was the owners son) is rude and shouldnt be working anywhere. I ordered a 16 piece family meal and only received 11. The fries were mushy and the red beans were watery and we had more water and beans than rice. The biscuits were hard and when I called the same night to get my food replaced, they would pickup the phone than hang it right up! Worse popeyes ever and the owner should consider hiring someone that actually cares about the product hes selling! Popeyes corporate should make a visit to this store! We dont live here, but my family does and after the food we received, vowed to never return! DONT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD TASTING FOOD OR EVEN ALL THE FOOD THAT YOU PAID FOR!!

Did a drive through ordered two of the same thing i get handed one box and i ask for the second box this woman very rudely replies she only heard one and says its not her fault..whatever i wait for my second box while deciding to take the higher path . If you cannot take an order with a head piece snug to your head and outright RUDE..i dont think youll keep that job for too long ...

Never has chicken. 8 pieces of chicken is a 15 minute wait. The staff is a joke. They hand you your stuff with no napkins or utensils in the drive through. I called Popeyes corporate and they dont care they bury the customer service number #8 in the long ass menu when you call.

Horrible food. Overcooked. And shrimp and fish are a joke. The worst and smallest I ever had. No even a 3 yr old will get a decent meal out of that Maruchan soup might have bigger shrimps.

Went in on a snowy day empty parking lot. Forgot coupon so had my wife texted picture of it to me. Manager would not accept that and honor coupon so I went to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

Popeyes is my families favorite chicken place. Hands down better than KFC. If you want to order a bunch of thighs make sure to call a head so you dont have to wait.
