What a bummer of a second experience I had with this place.. ordered 2 pounds of snow crab and a pound of king crab. The two different kinds were supposed to be in different bags so when I got home I thought I was missing a bag. I had a bunch of folks waiting to eat but had to get on the phone to figure it out. The person on the phone acted like it was my fault told me to drive back so and bring the food back so they could figure it out. Then said i have to call you back because I wont be able to find your receipt. She called me back told me they "miscommunicated in the kitchen" there was a distinct crableg in the bag that was the King crab, and it was all there in one bag then said you have it all and hung up on me. Like the food, but wont go back.. Staff was super. Food was delicious and it was a lot of fun to eat out of the bags and the spice on our crazypot was perfect.

I enjoy the shrimp thats what my daughter and I usually get. However, I always feel like Im being cheated with the pound of shrimp?... I know a pound isnt much but the shrimp are not even that massive. Not to mention the potatoes that I get are always like extremely small. I paid 75 cents for this 5 cent potatoe? Kind of a rip off if you ask me. Service is okay, not A1. One of my orders were messed up and I never received my voucher of shrimp. I can forget about that as well. I hope they open another one. Get bigger shrimp or add more shrimp in the bag! The next time I come there I will come home and weigh my shrimp. Yes Im being extremely petty.

I am a seafood lover and I have been very pleased with each visit. The crab legs are excellent! I appreciate this location and not having to go into the city to satisfy my seafood fix. The only thing that I would suggest / recommend would be more seafood options (i.e seafood poboys, catfish sandwiches). This would definitely change my star rating from a 4 star rating to a 5 star rating. I will definitely be going back!

Location could have been better. They have great shrimp, crab, mussels. The garlic butter is good. The crazy cajun flavor seems to be on the slightly salty side and does not have any real spice or heat to it. Be forewarned, this place can be messy. Unfortunately, we had to ask for a bib to cover our shirts as they did not willingly provide it for us.

Love this place, this was my second time here and it was fantastic. We got the monday special which was buy 2lbs of shrimp and get 1lbs free and boy was that the perfect amount, we even took some home. The sweet potatoe fries were to die for. Staff was wonderful as always. I will continue to recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Just had the WORST experience trying to place an order for delivery I called several times. 3 times they hung up. The lady tells me to order from Grubhub, they cant be found. I called again and the lady just couldnt get my order or address correct. Great food but the service I just received makes me doubt if I want to go again

Had coupon for half off crab legs. Get there they tell me its a miss print. Can only honor half off 1 pound.Food was horrible. Service was fine. Didnt take it out on our server.spoke to manager said the owners were dealing with it. Sorry NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN .Left half our order onion rings were better than the crab legs.

Honestly was a bit skeptical at first but as soon as our food arrived it destroys any doubts!! This place is amazing, food is so delicious and the staff is very friendly and professional. Trust me when I say that if your a fan of Louisiana style seafood and are in Schaumburg then this place is a must.

We really liked the crab here. It was a fun, messy, finger food eating experience. The food is served in a plastic bag, not quite an appetizing presentation but the flavor of the food was delish! We went with the trio of flavor blends for the crab as the waitress recommended. Yum!

Be sure you double check how much they give you for take out.It was was not even close for 1 lbs.when we order a take out when we weighed it on our scale. This place was not accurate for their quality of service.Few times they screwed up my orders.Its better for dine in.

Wow! Fantastic food. This place is a gem. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The service was outstanding. All of the sauces, cajun, lemon, and garlic are amazing and make any side explode with flavor. Top it off with a beignet, if you have room for it!

A different concept restaurant. Be ready to get amazed by great service, awesome food and most of all an atmosphere not seen anywhere else. Its just perfect, make it clear this is the real deal, all I can say is my family and I are going again and again.

This is a hard one because the food is excellent - fresh, cooked perfectly. But all the utensils, plates, cups are paper and plastic. The sampler is served in a big plastic bag. So if u like eating with your hands, this is the place for you.

Delicious, you can get smaller than pound increments of seafood. I didnt realize this and hugely over ordered. Next time i would do 4 different items at 1/4 pound each rather than the 4 pounds I bought with all the other add-ins

Foogazzzy okay so I order food to come to me in a bag that I have to dig through like a dog... And the flavorings they offer just sit in the bottom of the bag seasonless needs salt or something... I definitely wont be going back

Overall the food was great. Fast service. Friendly staff and very tentative. The kids loved the fact that they can write anywhere with a marker. We ordered the 3 lbs sampler, next time we will try something different.

Food is good. Messy. Can get expensive. Kinda loud. You can draw on everything with markers they give you if thats your thing or not. I dont think Id go back but its worth a try because it may just be your style.

Their shrimp and crab legs are out of this world! The seasonings they offer are just an added compliment to an already wonderful meal. Try combinations of seasonings! We get all three together on our shrimp!

This place is amazing !!! Great seafood crawfish are amazing !! I mix the 3 sauces everytime ! The staff is super awsome !!!! I COME HERE ALL THE TIME and its not going to change anytime soon ... try it
