Customer service is ok. I feel like they get frustrated with me every time I go in because I want double meat and cheese on the side for my child because she doesnt eat the bread. I went in today and she was getting frustrated I could tell. I still didnt get what I wanted. Its ok though Im not the type to complain but i wanted to put this out there.

The manger man there is not friendly. He goes outside and smokes then makes sandwiches with out washing his hands. That man has been there for years and I have always wondered how he has kept it open. The place looks clean for what it's worth. The unfriendliness seems to radiate amongst the staff. I guess misery loves company!

Employees are nice and friendly, but the Subway on Mineral Wells in Paris, TN will not honor some of the coupons sent to my phone from Subway!! They should not be able to pick and choose which coupons they will take. Very dissatisfied!?

The food is good but the employees always seem to be annoyed by someone ordering their sandwich the way they want it like its too much to make it the way the customer wants it. If they didnt always seem to be annoyed Id give it 5 stars

Only people there and was told l needed to call before showing up with 8 people to eat. They was out of most breads and closing time wasnt for another 5 hours
