Update: I wish I could give it another star. Today I picked up lentil soup and panupuri chat for my wife and a tifflin thali platter for myself. My wife just returned from a trip to India and one bite of the chat had her dancing with delight. I tasted the mixed vegetable and I must relate a taste experience of such flavor and depth that it is what I think food ecstasy is supposed to be. Layers of complex flavors that perfectly compliment each other. Rich aromatics. Spice, but just the right amount. The rice the perfect texture. The puri fresh and light with a bit of just the correct amount of flakiness. And then the soup! How can I do it justice? It has a texture and body that is simply wonderful. And that flavor! Its like this almost magical experience as the taste, the aroma and the texture works on different parts of you. And the spice brings it home with a shockingly good kick that fades into a pleasant glow and aftertaste. The chat was perfect. Crunchy, not mushy. Cool and spicy and sweet and flavorful all at the same time. There is only one thing better...seconds!! The price is also excellent for this amount and this quality of food. I didnt realize you could achieve this quality of taste for so little. Home run Jaihind Palace! Freaking fantastic food! Seriously, this place is awesome. Some of the best food I have ever had. Like your grandma would make, but Indian. Its veg, but great. Hope you like it spicy- and thats a warning from a spice lover.

Loved the food and reasonable prices. The food is mostly vegan. Omnivores wont miss a thing. Everything is seasoned and prepared like homemade. The menu could use some translation for a broader audience, but I let them suggest my meals and I was very happy. I will be back again and again.

Its a hole in a the wall, but a good whole in the wall. It is a Vegetarian place but they are very nice when it comes to Vegan friendly food as well. The food was to die for!!
