Muy mala experiencia! Fui por primera vez hace una semana, cuando me traen mi plato la pechuga a la plancha estaba mal hecha le fataba cocinarse...No fui sola estaba con mi familia y un amigo en total 4 personas el bill fue de casi $140 dólares y tenía propina incluida en el bill de $20 o sea enserio? Yo pienso que uno da lo que crea o pueda de propina...fue el de Hoffman Estates mucho ojo con su comida y sobre todo mire bien su recibo para que no le hagan pagar la propina que ellos quieran! Es una burla y una falta de respeto que nisiquiera se tomen un momento para decirle al cliente de ese cargo extra que debe ser voluntario

Really bad experience!!!! We got seated really quick...server came to us right away....(thats a plus) ask for our drinks got them right away as well...we gave the server our food order two enchiladas with camarón my from asked for his enchiladas to be green and they came out red, I in the other hand mention I dont eat spicy food so I dont want mine spicy at all and the server nicely said yes we can do that....well they where spicy I could even eat them!!!well she took them back nd came out the same with even more sauce on the plate! My other friend order a tampiquena and came out Medium rare when we told her medium well please.....and as you may know that comes with tortillas well didnt get them had to ask another server for the tortillas. At the end when she came and removed our plates she saw that we didnt have drinks anymore instead of asking if we would like another drink she disappeared....we had to wave her down and ask for our check....well she came and dropped the check and she literally stop by twice and said is everything OK like really lady I just wanted to tell her calm down!!! Just wanted to give a little review

El servicio estubo bien los meseros muy amables lo que fue horrible k se aprobecharan de que fuimos como 15 personas y cobrarnos asta las servilletas que nos dieron que cobraran el pastel k le dieron al del cumpleaños que se aprobecharan de que fuimos tantos para cobrar comida que nadie ordeno pero si atreverse a cobrarnos doble propina $200 dolares de propina 100 escondidos en la cuenta sin desirnos k ya iba incluida y atreverse a desir k tenias k dejarle como $120 xk era un party La comida salada y la carne asada echada perder y cobrar doble x un platillo k no estaba bien cocinado Rateros!!

I had heard good reviews about this place so I wanted to take my family but from what I experienced was not good at all. As a server my self I know the process off hospitality and good service also from what I know if in all the state off Illinois no restaurant can add gratuity even if its partys after 10. My restaurant where I work took it away they know we can get it trouble and this is what happen I went with my husband and three kids and when I go the bill she said gratuity was included, I did not say anything but I know my laws they charged my credit card with the tip already and I even left them more cash ass a server like I said I understand but if you are great and you are paying attention then its not necessary to added but not only the server was not near when we needed something we had to be telling someone else. I would not recommended it sorry especially if they did this not all people are bad at tipping I know but dont take advantage give your best service and you would off done a great job

This place has very bad service! Our server didnt check on our table to ask if we needed anything else. On top of that she messed everyones order, and she didnt even bother to have it fixed. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They dont even let you split a bill with your friends/family. According to their policy, its behind the menu at the bottom... whos going to look behind the menu??? These people are stupid. Not everyone carries cash on them. They even include the tip to the bill. I wouldnt tip this server at all!!!!!!!! She shouldnt even be waitress with that attitude. She took centuries to bring out drinks. I could go on and on... just find out for yourself.

Slow service especially if not busy at all. And the waitress that served us did not know about the food at all. Asked her questions about the food on the menu and ordered based on that. Come to find out her answers were wrong and the food was NOT what I expected, she suggested I send it back, (with that long wait!?!? ) My daughters food was burned and my guests food was cold. The drinks were nothing but ice. OVERALL do not go if you are expecting good food or service. Completely overpriced! GO TO TACO PATIO!!! GREAT FOOD THERE!!NOT at Los Fernandez. Youd think they have better quality.

Cant disagree with some folks here, when its really busy; getting service is kind of a pain. Ive been in this position once before. Ive even Sat down on the other side. Not a fan but the end result is my family loves coming here for the music and food. We usually order a large skillet full of food and its completely worth it if your eating with family and want to get a bit of everything. About the person saying the food was cold, I have never had that problem in the good 2 dozen times Ive been here. Overall I loved them and will be coming back again.

First time trying the place it was busy and wait time was 35-45min. We decided to wait I see 2 of the hostess talking to people walking in and they start figuring out seats for them. They get to go in while all the other people waiting are just there waiting. It was our turn to seat after 55 min and a couple come in Im waiting to be seated and the Hostess takes the walk in seats them down comes back to me and tells me it was a mistake theres still no seats. 1st and last time I will ever go to this place. Horrible

Great food, good prices, lots to choose from in the menu. I dont drink much alcohol but they seem to have lots of choices. I would give this place 5 stars hands down but most weekends at night music is way to loud and is hard to hold a conversation. The service we get every time weve been there is excellent and I appreciate the presentation on their food. Lower down the noise and I will change my review to a 5 star. I still recommend this place to anyone that want to have some good mexican food.

If youre looking for a nice family dinner, DONT come here. Regardless of what the front says about it being family friendly, it certainly isnt. If youre looking for a crazy night, this might be a good place to start. Food wasnt anything special. This place is nothing compared to Nuevo Leon. Service was slow and inconsistent. The up side was that they were showing a soccer game which helped me block out the noise of the crazy people around us, and the extremely loud DJ. Not going back...
