Place is a Joke. Yeah Illinois IDOT owns the overpass and rent is high but the food proportion they give is laughable. My lady ordered the Special extra $1.50 limited time item and they gave her 5 baby shrimps and a butt load of vegies. When I asked them what gives they started saying a prememorized respondse that they can olny give a cup size ladle full of sides per side. I was like wtf? If I am dropping $40-$50 bucks on a meal I want it to feed me and my family enough..$40-$50 is close to a cheap Buffet price. And in a state about to make $10 the Min-Wage that is 2/3s that employees daily salary. They stated that 5 shrimps are all you get. I had to wait for my food to be cooked because person in line before me ordered the whole bowl that came fresh out of the Kitchen, they got piled on helpings of that ladle thingy. When another helping was made my family already began eating at the table I stood there waiting and seen another guy who just came up get his helping out of the fresh pan of the side I was waiting almost 15 min for. I said what gives now, hungry and frustrated and already paid. They forgot they put my now luke warm to-go container way on the side they forgot about it. I was livid. and the Teens that worked there didnt care at all. Just looked at me like I was the rude one. No sorrys.

This was not a happy experience. We were told fried rice was ready, but it wasnt. We waited well over ten minutes for our food, only because husband changed his order. i ordered the kids meal which would be better just be called a small adult meal. They didnt cut things up, which is fine, but they should offera knife. Personally, I will never eat here again. My food is luke warm.

Dont bother going to location an hour and a half, thats 90 minutes, before they close. They stop making fresh food before this time to save money. So youre getting old food, and not what you want. They will not make something you want even with 90 minutes left of open time.

Rice was undercooked, orange chicken was overcooked. Im a truck driver that doesnt get many opportunities go to a Panda Express and when I finally get to I throw it away because I cant turn around and go back just because I got some shoddy food. You should be embarrassed.

I used to love this Panda Express, a couple years ago. It has really taken a turn for the worse. Rice and noodles lack flavor and seems to have more of a waxy taste. The sweet fire chicken used to be my all time favorite, but has even lost it. Saddens me.

I was very pleased with the nice Asian ladys service. I asked her to be easy on the nuts and the guy behind me looked at me funny but she knew what i was wanting and I was very pleased with her costumer service!

there was no panda. it brought me to a subdivision! even the street view for this place shows no panda so i have no idea how there is comments

I stop here for panda when delivering in the area. Food is always hot and fresh. Never had a bad experience!
