Is there a possibility of not even giving single star...Today on the Chinese New year day we ordered food from Chopsticks.. The Garlic chicken was hard and stale like a rock. Spring rolls had a stale re-fried in dirty oil taste..I called the restaurant back to tell them that the chicken wast cooked right. The guy asked me have you ever eaten a garlic chicken before, being in the Army I am certain I have tried enough Chinese restaurants and this wast my first time eating the Garlic chicken. He didnt even listen to my whole conversation fully and hung up on me. I called back and he says do what ever you wanna do customers complain all the time. I spent like $40.00 bugs and this wast the answer I guess i anticipated. Altleast he should have said we will make it up to you next time. Not at all satisfied with their service and food. Please use your money somewhere else...

So Im pulling CQ, and I randomly pick this place, bad choice, it took them over an hour and a half to deliver my bourbon chicken, I called several times to check the status of my order and they gave me the same answer "itll be there in 5 minutes", I called again and asked to speak to the manager/cook, and he was the rudest manager I have ever experienced, he kept telling me "if you dont want to wait, send it back once it gets there" and kept rushing me off the phone without being able to tell me where my food was. I called again and he just hung up on me without saying a word, I did get my food and it wasnt as warm as I wanted but I wasnt going to wait another 45 minute to order something else, NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM, EVER!!!!!!!!

We have used this chopsticks location for almost 2 years and we have had amazing service and the food is always spot on. The only negative thing is depending on the time you order it takes about 45 minutes to an hour. And only ONE time we had to wait longer. I had called the restaurant that particular time and the girl was very nice and understanding and the man who delivered our food was very apologetic and explained a road was closed off. We love chopsticks, especially this location and they will continue to get our business!

I normally eat at Redwood but decided to try someplace different. Food was barely worth eating. I actually had to dump liquid from the box. Worst szcheuan beef I have ever ate. When I ordered my food I had a chance to look around. How do they pass a health inspection? The place is a mess. Looks like a restaurant that hoarders live in. Dirty counters,floors,walls. Someone from the health depth needs to pull a suprise inspection!

The honey chicken was soggy, instead of general tso chicken we got some kind mixture of meat, peppers, onions and nuts (which my wife is allergic to). The past two times we have ordered, it took well over an hour for the food to arrive. This place is going down hill fast. My recommendation is to save yourself the heart ache and order from one of the two places in the planet fitness plaza.

Sick with 2 out of 3 sick kids. Placed my order and paid online after a friend graciously offered to pick the food up for us so I didnt have to get everyone out. They called and asked if Id be the one signing. I said no, and explained I was fine with my friend signing. They argued with me until I finally cancelled my order. I will never give them my business again.

I will NEVER order from this place again! The owner/man who answered the phone was extremely RUDE! When my husband told me to cancel the order after I placed it and told him how rude the guy was, I called back to cancel and he hung up in my face! I have never experienced such rude behavior...their food isnt even that good for them to be treating customers like that

I ordered the Bourbon Chicken w/ rice, & the chicken was way watery; I ordered chicken, not soup. Also, the rice was very stale & tasted like it had been sitting out in the open for hours. The egg roll that came with w/ it was also very unpleasing, & thats what I was looking forward to the most. The delivery man wasnt very nice either.

The best place to order food in town. I had been there customer for 3 long years! There food is fresh and good. The people is super nice. Sometimes I went pickup and notice how busy they can get. 10 orders on the table and 10 more on the counter! Im very understanding if my order gets late. Still very good and fresh. Best place ever.

There was hair and metal shavings in the Kung poa chicken. We called just to inform them of the situation, not really expecting anything, but the lady who answered the phone was very abrupt, said it must be from the (styrofoam?) container, and that they were very busy and she didnt have time to talk to us.

I would not recommend this place to anyone Ive been eating on another chopsticks for over a year I figured Id try this one order what I always order and then realize my order was completely wrong and then they wanted to be a little piece of s*** and they dont even offer refunds or try to fix your order.

The owner man doesnt seem to know what an emergency is!! He yelled at me and basically threatened me because I had to cancel my order last minute since I went into labor and couldnt pick it up, since my husband isnt here no one could pick it up! Seriously horrible!

The owner of this place is rude. Ill never order here again. Paid for my food online when the delivery guy showed up saying I owe cash. Show him my bank account where they took my money out. This is the Chopsticks off Ft Campbell Blvd.

I woild seriously gove negative stars if that was an option. Took over an hour and a half to get nasty, soggy, luke warm food that we couldnt even eat. Service was horrible. I feel bad for the drivers. Gross gross gross.

Despite what the reviews say Chopsticks is one of the best Asian restaurant in Clarksville. I always go there and their best dish is the orange chicken! Which is to die for go ahead and check it out worth the while.

Quality of the food was gross. Soggy food, and the sushi i ordered tasted really bad. Paid 30 dollars for my meal and wish i could return it. Nine dragons is much better.

Just wanted a California roll on my lunch. The Chopsticks I usually go to is across town so I tried the one on ft.campbell blvd. N yea its totally not the same. Ugh

i ordered a couple things and some were alright for the price, but the Sushi was the worst I ever had!! Waste of money...so disappointed and wont order there again.
