DONT GO HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! One of the cashiers who works in drive thru, her name was Alecia placed our order. I noticed she got it wrong and I tried to correct her but she claimed it was correct. When we got our order at the window, it was all messed up, my rice was missing. Drove back to order menu to let her know she messed up our order and when I told her how it shouldve been (not to mention had to go over the order with her numerous times) she said shed have to charge us again?! I was baffled. Charge us again because of her mistake? Didnt add up. As we went over to pick up the new order, there was no courtesy still charged us difference and almost messed up order again. NOT TO MENTION HAD THE AUDACITY TO ROLL HER EYES AT ME... I would rate this place 0 stars if I could for hiring such a senseless girl who cant do such an easy job and has no skills in customer service!

I love the food...and customer service is satisfactory...However I have to give this one a 2 star because there has been 2 times that Ive been to this location and I have found a piece of hair in my food...The first time I reported it to an employee...they managed the situation very well and refunded me my money. The second time which was today I just tossed my food out and walked out. I am never going to this location again I will be visiting a different one.

Rude front line staff. They were extremely short with me when I went through the line and asking them to do anything seemed like a huge chore for them. I had to go back for a packet of soy sauce and I was standing at the registration for 5 minutes without being acknowledged while they kept walking past me. One of the cooks had to come up to the front to do their job for them.

Apparently Im not the only one with the same idea today. This place was busy!! That didnt slow the workers one bit. Even the manager came out to help, with a big smile!! When we sat down to dine, Natalie (a worker)was walking around and asking every customer, is everything ok? How is the food? And if we needed anything "my name is Natalie". Amazing job Panda Express!!!

This previous meal might be my last. Not only did they forget my egg roll, I found small wooden like fragments in my meal.. Theyre small and string like but looks like its made of bamboo or something.. Its all over my Beijing beef and orange chicken.. This could have done some damage if I hadnt looked at my food...

Chicken tastes like its rotton and glazed over with sauce. I never tasted such a rotten chicken taste. Im sure his Gordon Ramsey would habe a field day in this kitchen! I thought it was a one time thing so I went back the following month. Same thing. Gross!!!!

Food was prepared fresh, staff friendly and welcoming. Overall appearance of restaurant is well maintained. Have come to this location before and things arent always perfect, but majority of the time its great service/food.

Food is usually good but they are ALWAYS out of key menu items like eggrolls and orange chicken. Always end up waiting in the drive thru for 7-10 minutes. Isnt there a way to time those better?
