I absolutely will never order from here again. We ordered our food it took them an hour to deliver. When the driver gets here he doesnt have change expects an $8 tip. I offered to go get change or let him get change he said no. So when i called he said that i should have had change that he was working for a friend and it was his night off and that he did us a favor by taking our order and bringing it out. And that he had to prepay for our order so we should have had change. I kindly as kindly as possible explained to him that he should have had change just as if i had come to the store and purchased the food and would have gotten change from the register. I would definetly not recommend this place for deliver customer service is a joke to them this is the first review that i have ever written and im sad it has to be a bad one i am so frustrated. Never again.

I drive an hour and a half to get food from here. Foods always made fresh and I know this cuz Ive worked for them. I know it can be difficult to place an order because everyone who works is from China but you dont lose on flavor or value. Ive paid much more for much less in other cities but this is by far my favorite. They dont take no crap when it comes to people who lie about their orders or try to get one over on them but for all the time Ive spent here they have always been fair and reasonable. I will always recommend them and continue to eat here.

Never again will they get a dime of mines! I ordered 2 large beef fried rice,4 vegetable egg rolls, and extra extra sweet and sour sauce. How about I didnt get any sauce, called to let them know the guy who took my order argued me down that he placed 4 packs in the bag.... wth is 4 packs of sauce if I have 2 large beef fried rice? Placed a order today with Chus Bistro and they gave me about 30 packs of sweet and sour sauce.. Wings learn how to talk to your customers, you just lost my business

The food is delicious! But lately the service has been lacking. Two weeks in a row I ordered cashew chicken (highly recommended) and they forgot the small rice that comes with it. Luckily I checked the second time. I had no problem getting the rice or with the counter people. They are nice. Ive been coming here for 10+ years and I have never had things missing out my order. Double check before you leave. I still will come here, best fried rice around.

Im cant even begin to explain. I had them delivered took em a hour. Egg rolls are the worst, that Chinese Chicken not any better, brown rice was good but the sweet n sour chicken was under cooked. The only good thing other then the rice was the tip I gave the driver. If you like this place then u CLEARLY HAVE NO TASTE BUDS

I eat Chinese food all the time, probably Twice a month. This by far the worst Ive ever had. I do mean ever. The cashier is rude after she got my order wrong she yelled at me and then hung up after I called in. If i could rate 0 stars, i would!!!

Orderd for delivery was told it would take 30 min to come ans did not get for over an hour and a half. All the food was cold when it was delivered and they said they could do nothing. Worst experience ever. Worst customers service every.

Horrible restaurant. Delivery never came after 2 hours! Employee hung up on me numerous times and refused to let me speak with a manager! I will never order anything from this restaurant again!

Well..tried out the curry chicken since I couldnt find any island spots..tasted good and I only added pepper...the pot stickers were "on point" like Lorrie Taylor from Detroit would say..

Had no taste, was missing a few types of vegetables in my beef chop suey. The beef tasted different, paid extra for combination rice it was burnt n tasted old. I dont recommend it.

Good food, however, dont attempt to call and place an order when they first open. You will be waiting until 12pm or 12:15 before they answer the phone. So frustrating...
