Anybody who gave this place 2 stars or higher must have gotten paid to do so. I would give this location a negative 5 stars if I could. The place needs to close or fire every employee. I would give this place an award for having the worst staff, management, and attitudes. Not to mention they are always out of everything. One time on a Sunday I came here and they were even out of all the flavors of soda amongst 97% of the food "because their truck comes on Monday." I gave up on this place, I now drive the extra 15 minutes just to go to the one in Scherrerville where they arent completely rude to me and they actually have whats listed on the menu.

The customer service at this location is beyond horrible. I complained to the shift manager who was on his cell phone and he brushed me off. They did not have several menu items almost 4 hours before close. I was told that there was no more of these items would not be made. The cashier told me I could go to Scherrville IN for some chicken smh. Contacted corporate via email in regards to the matter and no response over 2 weeks later. Shameful and unprofessional on all levels!

Worst Popeyes ever! Check your food before you leave. Be prepared to wait forever. Dont be surprised if they are out of side items (very common). This store needs new management and a new approach of some sort. I am certain the franchise is unaware of how poorly this store operates! And yes... i typed this entire review while waiting (as usual) in the drive thru for my food. :-(

They are always out of something no matter what time it is. They changed the staff some time ago and I thought that meant better days but it only lasted a short while. Not sure if they actually run out of things or the workers just dont want to take the time to prepare requested items. Either way, most often the service is terrible. Needs a complete overhaul.

I wish I didnt have to give this place a star. Me and my husband ordered 50 pieces of chicken and a lot of sides for a party. The cashier was so rude , ignorant, and disrespectful. I cant believe the people that work here can be allowed to treat customers this way. I read alot of reviews and everyone feels the same. The manager was also extremely rude

Horrible customer service, I had to repeat my order several times and they still got it wrong! 2 out of 3 components they screwed up, thats a 33% success rate. Might have just as well thrown a bunch of random crap in a bag and the odds of getting what I got would be about the same....

Cashier had total attitude if she took your order or not. Always out of something that you want. Cant tell the difference between a breast or thigh. Managers dont care. Go to scherrville 100% better
