THE WORST POPEYES ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ORDERED 10 PIECE TENDERS WITH A COUPON AND HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE TENDERS. THEN ON TOP OF THAT YOU GUYS DONT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!!!!!!! HAVENT CALLED ME OR NOTHING FOR THE MESS UP OR NOTHING. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH YOU GUYS SINCE AUGUST THE 4th!!!! YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC FOR NOT GIVING ME A REFUND. EVERYONE PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS POPEYES. GO TO THE ONE IN HAMMOND INDIANA, RIVERDALE, LANSING, etc. ANOTHER THING ALL OF YOUR WORKERS ARE RUDE AS WELL.

This is one of the worst Popeyes to go to. They never get your order right. They never have enough chicken ready. Theres ALWAYS a wait on chicken, pies etc. Then to top it off theres always someone rude taking orders and on the window. You wait 20 minutes for food only to get home and not have everything you ordered. If you see this Popeyes keep going but if youre looking for rude customer service, a long wait in line and for food then this is the place for you!

I am highly dissatisfied with my second time coming here, first time food was not fresh and we talking 2 to 3 pm when its not busy. The second time its was not fresh. Shrimp was not fresh, tasted old. how does Popeyes not have a 2 piece snack. My order was 13 dollars, every other Popeyes has a shrimp craver as well. Would have been cheaper with the 2 pc snack and the shrimp craver. Not coming back again.

Since the new owners took over the store the Griffith Indiana location, the service time sucks. Before the new owners, the wait was never longer than 5 mins no matter how busy it was. Now even if its not busy your wait is 10 mins or more. I will not be shopping here anymore. I will drive an extra 5 miles before I go here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place has gone to crap. Im never going to this location again. If I really want Popeyes Ill drive to Hammond or even schererville.. Last time I went to Popeyes I didnt get my ranch and tonight I didnt get my biscuit.. I hope no one goes there so they can shut it down.

Horrible, kasey works there and even her manager called my friends gf a b**** she says she loves her managers but i see why, so un professional and no accurate orders taken correctly, she of all people even say the managers like to play games. Sad place to goto.

Very rude attitudes going through the drive-thru. Talk to you as if you dont understand what youre trying to order. Utensils never in bad, nor is honey. I mean come on, who wants to eat dry biscuits. Shouldnt have to ask for honey. Just bad CS. Period.

Drive thru speaker was broken so you had to drive up to window to order. Get to the window and get attitude from the employees. 10 minutes later get food and get home and half our order is missing. Wont be coming here again.
