I placed my order by phone and picked it up. When I got it home the chicken was fried so hard it smelled and tasted burnt. I called the manager Mo and things were fine until I took the food back. Mo was so very rude and challenge my reports of burnt over tasting chicken. I asked that the chicken be fried medium. He dropped new chicken but replied that its not his fault if it was blood in the chicken. I will NOT be returning to this establishment!!!!! Very poor customer service!

Sharks has excelent food and decent service. sometimes the orders take a little bit longer but my food is allways fresh. Besides that they stay open extra late on the weekends when no body else is open unless you go to a drive-thru..... i give sharks two thumbs up for superior service and food that is allways fresh >Dee-Rock<

The guy had me wait 10 extra minutes just to order because he was on the phone..... RUDE! The young lady at the register seemed nice but my experience was just bad. I was fresh off work, who wants to wait 30 minutes for some chicken!!??

LONG wait time on my 20 piece mix chicken. thigh and leg pieces. they said it would be 25 min, which is too long, but I was getting my hair done so I was okay with that. it took 35 minutes to get my food.
