Slow, slow, slow, and rude. Ive given them several chances to prove it was a fluke, just keeps getting worse. Every other Boston Market Ive been to has been a great experience, here you get attitude, plastic utensils during eat-in (Im guessing staff is too lazy to was forks and knives.), and this is the only location where food is not taken to your table. Not worth the frustration avoid this location.

15 min wait on a cold sandwich, finally get it & its not the sandwich I ordered, when I come back all I get from the manager is " did you get the right sandwich now ? Ok, then have a nice day" no compensation or apology for my time or having to waste my gas to have to return, when I called they put me on hold 10 min...I finally just hung up & went back...terrible customer service. ..stay away

I have visited this place many many times and never had an issue until my last visit. The food is normally great and the staff is very attentive but my last visit resulted in me having stomach cramps for days after eating the creamed spinach. I have it every time I go and have never had this type of negative reaction before, I think the spinach was tainted or something.

The staff tonight were beyond amazing! Not only we go in last minute but we had a big order and they made sure that we got what we wanted even though they were closing and didnt have mich left. That was one of the best experience that Ive had in fast food restaurant I loved the entire staff.

Food is obviously like all Boston markets. People there are pretty rude. We placed an order with the app, and we were late to pick up the food. It wasnt ready. They didnt even start it. And instead of apologizing they just laughed about it.
