Food is fine service was subpar. Calling people "sweety" and "baby" doesnt hide the rudeness. They also ran out of biscuits, dont know how that happened. Review 2.0 Showed up at 9 and all they had ready was wings everything else was a 20 minutes wait. They also turned the light to their drive through off. Probably trying to make people think they are closed so they can go home early. Trying to down grade this to a 1 star but cant. Go next door to Wendies or the beef and pizza places theyre better.

Apparently their drive-thru system is malfunctioning. After sitting there for a solid 5 minutes repeating HELLOOOOOO, no one answered and I pulled up to the window. I told the woman working the window that no one had taken my order, to which she huffed and gave MAJOR attitude. I asked for a Chicken Pot Pie and was told they dont have any. Right. More attitude later, and I left. What a horribly rude employee. Its not my fault your equipment doesnt work.

Ive gone there twice in the past week and BOTH times they didnt have the required ingredients to make double down sandwiches. The service is INCREDIBLYYY SLOW and the workers dont know what theyre doing there. Probably doesnt take much to "make the cut" to work at this location. I do truly love KFC, but this particular location, I would stay AWAY from!!

Poor service, literally almost went to Wendys next door. Waited in the drive thru for 5-6 minutes. The person said give me a second. I gave her plenty of time never was told to move up or can I take your order. I eventually moved to the window and two girls just looked at me all stupidly like it was my fault for waiting.

Very poor service. There is no communication in the back, orders comes out different from what one asks for. Also there is no apologies when confronted with incorrect orders. Last but not least, drive thru has very poor costumer service, mainly an attitude problem. Word of advice, check your food before leaving!

Had a bad experience here with raw chicken. Called the manager Edna and she set me straight. Very cooperative, friendly, listened to my complaints, and fixed the problems swiftly! Good place to eat but needs cleaning and better trained staff. Overall....good!

This location has problems with poor service. I feel the employees are rude and do not listen to your order. Quality of food is not as good as other locations I have been to. This is very disappointing since it is closest to our home.

I always get excellent service , I appreciate all the great customer service , The manager is a great Asset to this establishment. She strives from her team 100% for her customers . This is my and my familys favorite KFC .

The quality of the chicken was bad. When I picked the chicken out of box I noted dark brown oil on the wax paper and some pieces old. The chicken was cooked in old oil. I phoned to complain and did not get an answer.
