Loved this place at first, but I find, more often than not, the food is over cooked, or lacking restock. The crab legs are pathetic, and not worth the work. And, when we requested a bigger table (this happened twice) they absolutely refused, even though we had explained to them that my brother has Autism, and tends to act up if we are, too, crammed. They seated us at a table for 4 (again, same story both times.) There were 5 or 6 6-person tables next to us, empty. They, then, proceeded to sit another family of four directly next to us, at the 6 person table, while there were other 4 person tables open. Extremely frustrating, and disrespectful. Especially, to happen twice. It was very embarrassing, and we actually had other families commenting about how crappy it was, and my step dad had said he got in a conversation outside with a guy about it, too, who had, also, felt bad. The second time, we had actually been seated at a 6-person table, got our food and drinks, then were told my management, who made a big scene, that we had to move. They acted like we seated ourselves, and were being irate customers. Extremely embarrassing. We also had a bit of trouble on Mothers Day. My mom chose to go there, and they charged a buttload because they had lobster tails. Only problem? They put them out the same way they do the crab legs, and we barely got any. I managed to grab a last, pathetic excuse of a lobster tail, and give it to my mom. The rest of us couldnt manage to get any, but paid full price. And, the most horrible thing thats happened to us, my mom had used a credit card there, and had only ever used it for gas before. She had NEVER had issues. Suddenly, the next day, a HUGE charge from northern WI. She hasnt ever used a card there, again. Im curious if anyone else has had their credit card number stolen after eating here? I just realized they could be continuing it, and getting away with it, if nobody else realizes it was someone from that place that took their #. If so, please comment so we can figure this out, and help/prevent others from the scam.

First off let me just say me and my husband been coming here for about 4yrs never really had problems with this place that really concered us but other then that the food always seemed cold and hard...like it been sitting for a long period of time...we went there tonight and we had a baby and we hadnt been there for awhile..but we decided to go there tonight with our kids my 5 yr old and my 8 month old well long story short i never used thebathrooms there before till today it was nasty water all over the floors and toilet paper everywhere but i had to change my babys diper and when i went to pull the changing table down it almost fell apart my baby almost fell to the ground and tgey had no buckels on the talbe either...on top of that the place needs a mayjor cleaning very dusty and gross and the seats are falling apart and the floor which is carpet looks disgusting needs a good washing and oh ya i asked for a high chair and the buckels for it was broken....safety a major isaue not child friendly place! Went to talk to a manager and i had to speak to a young lady highschooler who really did not care what i had to say and food was cold but we saw people from the kitchen coming out of the kitchen with hot plates so you know that if they wont eat from the buffet why should the hundreds of people who go there eat the cold food. ..disappointed enough to where we are not going back EVER!

Went there for dinner today. First Impression: Thumbs down. The carpet is extremely matted down and covered in food and crumbs. As soon as I stepped on it, my sandal stuck to the carpet of the dinning area. I have NEVER seen the carpet of a restaurant look that disgusting. The booth we sat in was all ripped up and not in good shape. Funny enough there was a broom right next to our booth. The Food: I did not like how some of the buffet options were sorted together. What stood out was a row of fruit was across from seafood. I would not touch that with a 6 foot pole. There was a lot of food to go around, but none of it really stood out. It all looked kind of bland. Sitting Back Down: I immediately notice little FLIES roaming around our table. They were landing on the napkins, condiments, and swirling around us. On one of the forks we got, there was left over something on it that could only be picked off. First Bite: Cold. Cold meat. I spit it out. I was done. My boyfriend and I walked up to the front and told the hostess that we were not going to pay for flies to be swirling around us as we ate. So we left. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Hibachi Grill in Round Lake, IL worst restaurant, Worst service ever...while we were getting food the waiter spill all the drinks in the table (coats, purse, etc.) when we went back to the table she didnt even provide napkins or anything. She ask us to seat in a different table. Couple minutes after while we were starting to eat manager got to the table and said we could not stay in that table because there was a big group waiting. Since we were already disappointed by the services we just want to seat and eat we stay but the manager kept treating us really bad and asked s to leave and called the policy to take us out of the restaurant. My baby was already eating and started crying when I removed the food from her. The funny part is that there were a lot of empty tables and the manager didnt offer to seat us anywhere in the restaurant. Still dont understand why. In my entire life I have never been treated this bad for no specific reason. People around us were complaining because they saw how bad they were treating us for no reason. ohh when the policy came they asked us to leave or they would arrest us and take my child to social services. ha!

Went there for the first time today & will never go back. For 2 of us it was $27.00 and the food was TERRIBLE. I first tried the beef & broccoli...the beef that wasnt chunks of fat was rubbery & tasteless & the broccoli was hard. Everything we tried was blah & no amount of soy sauce could help it. The fishy smell that pervades the place almost had me gagging while trying to force down the poor quality food. What a huge disappointment. Our server hardly spoke English...I asked her where do I pay & she took my glass away & brought me another Pepsi. Where do I pay & can I have another Pepsi dont even have the same syllables!!! It made me laugh though & I couldnt get out of there fast enough. Save your money...go to Panda Express...believe me its better!

The most disrespect ive ever had... the mngr on shift today 9/13/17 at 6:15pm would not give me her name or anybody elses name for my complaint i found a hair not on my food but in the batter of the chicken wings i tried pullin it off n it was stuck in the batter... my waitress was very nice and understanding took my plate to the mngr that showed her no notice then came to my table with an attitude.. i told her that if she would of payed attention to the plate the waitress brang to her she would of seen it was cooked into the wing..... I am calling the BBB and health department.... I DID NOT WANT A DISCOUNT BUT THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE SITUATION WOULD OF BEEN APPRECIATED NOW YOU CAN DEAL WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND BBB
