Bad service. Okay food. The food is pretty good. Ive eaten there a few times. Service was fine until the last time i came in. I placed my order over the phone and when he answered all he said was "chinese" and when i got there the two guys were screaming at each other and slamming things down. That may have been the cause for my order being wrong. Also the first time i came in i went to the restroom to wash my hands and it was disgusting. There was all kinds of stuff in the sink.

Popped in Chef King with my boyfriend for lunch one day. He had the hot and spicy Tofu combo and I had the sesame chicken combo. His Tofu was really good, not really spicy at all but still good. My fried rice wasnt really anything to write home about, the sesame chicken burned my tongue, and had a weird after taste to it. It was okay, but I doubt that we will be coming back here again. The place also looked like it really needed to be cleaned

We decided this was the worst place wed ever eaten. We had to throw away 90% of the two plates we ordered. Im not exaggerating. This stuff is not for humans to eat. The service was rude, the back looked unsanitary, and you could tell that everything was fried in the same old, nasty, overused oil vat. It wasnt affordable and we both got sick after, even though we only ate a 10th of the meal. Really, dont eat this stuff. Youll get sick.

Went on lunch. 1 other person was there. No problems with ordering. Health rating was in the 80s. That scared me, but I was already there. Ordered the Singapore Mai Fun. Always my favorite. Hot & spicy. Also ordered an egg roll. The egg roll did not taste right. Only ate half. The tea was not good either. Switched out for diet coke. Gave 3 stars because the food was fresh and the employee seemed thankful I was there.

I love this place! I thought the food was great! The sesame chicken and egg rolls was delicious. My husband absolutely loves the General Taos and beef lo mein! We had such a big order and it was our first time going there that the gentlemen offered us a 2 liter bottle of coke as complimentary. Great customer service!

When I went to pick up my food, the lady behind the counter just stared at me and never said a word. I told her I was there to pick up my order. A simple acknowledgement, greeting, or thank you for visiting us goes a long way. Food is nothing special.

Horrible business practices. I was charged for something I did not order. He refused to fix it. He need better listening skills. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I had many other issues that were tolerable, but not this. Do Not Eat Here.

I have to say, most of the reviews here are not accurate. The food is great and there is a large variety of items to choose from. The staff is hard working and polite. I have eaten there for years, my family is always happy to have their delicious food.

Ive eaten their mediocre food a few times and the service is always terrible. I just called up there and heres the dialog: "chef king" "hi, I was wondering if you guys delivered." "no." Phone hangs up. Piss on that place.

I have lived in the neighborhood for years ,never tried chef king, not until 7 days ago. Honestly, I have gone every day this week sad but true. Love it. My new favorite spot. Quick, convenient,friendly and reasonable.

Once a week co-workers and myself eat here and the food has always been fresh. We have always received our food in a timely manner. Cashier not to friendly but in America these days, people are not that friendly.

We are a fan of their chicken wings. Their maifun is good too. But dont try their dumplings or anything sweet and sour. They are renovating into a buffet kind of place.
