I ate at Mundelein Taco Bell yesterday and it was terrible so today I drove all the way to Round Lake and what a difference. Nice large tacos friendly service lots of people working at 11:20 at night. Thank you so much my Taco Bell crave was finally met!

2 times now they have gotten the order wrong the first time they gave me a completely different order, the second time they forgot one of the items I ordered. I was so disappointed that I was actually going to fill out the survey and luckily I lost it.

The food is more expensive here than at other Taco Bells. Its very strange. Its still a good place that Ive been to several dozen times. The inside is bright, colorful and gorgeous. Like a fiesta. As for the food, its the same as everywhere else.

I know saying that this is the worst taco bell Ive ever eaten is kind of ironic, but it was really bad. The meat tasted old and greasy, I asked for a mix of sauces and only got hot, and my wifes $5 XXL burrito barely had any meat on it.

they food is never done correctly, cheese never melted on anything... they forget to give you things!!! my nacos went MIA!!!! they are slow!!! and they SUCK!! i advise you NEVER TO GO TEHRE!!!

Always a line out to the street and 9 times out of 10 they get your order wrong so you need to go inside and wait another 20 min. Just go to one of the dozen other taco places within 100 feet.

On the bad side the service always take a very long time. I typically wait 15 to 20 minutes. On the bright side Ive never had an issue with my order...maybe just need more staff...

Some of the high school students that come in here can be annoying, but the food is usually prepared correctly which is surprising since most Taco Bells get my order wrong.
