Terrible sweet mint tea!!!! It tasted like water down carbonated water. This experience was the worst ever! The manager would not even bring her fat lazy behind out to take care of the situation. She sent a young girl out that did not know what was going on. I asked for a refund, then she claimed I must have a receipt that the car hop never brought me. After I paid with my credit card. After I asked for the manager she still never showed up she only sent the car hop with a cash refund. (that she couldnt give me because I didnt get a receipt. I know she was there because she pulled up and parked in the handicapped parking space and walked into the store. I seen her as I was ordering. Worst service ever I will NEVER go back! Manager SUCKS!!!

My sandwich was not cut in half as requested. My daughters chicken finger kids meal came without requested sauce and without the toy. After waiting ten minutes and pressing button several times to get the sauce and toy, a server finally brings me the sauce only. I asked her if they had any toys. She goes back in and I wait a few more minutes until another server comes out to another car. I ask this server for a toy and she lets me know they had none. ...and let me not forget the unenthusiastic order taker. By no means am I downing all Sonic Drive-ins. 2/27/17 between 5 pm and 6 pm.

Worst Sonic ever. I live very close, so there have been times Ive visited in hopes it would be better. Im not sure of this stores hiring process, but for 8 years I have never received friendly service unless the former franchise owner was present. Last Friday evening was even worse. The staff member the was working the drive thru was on her phone, even as we ordered. She was still on her phone at the window and acted as though we were putting her out. Ive received the number of the new management but feel resistant to call because of the lack of prior change.

I wish you could give negative stars. This place would be -10. They are terrible. I have been here several times and every time its been terrible! Either the order is wrong, undercooked, cold, old, or missing items. The last time was today. My son in law went to get wings and they were placing a large order. They were told they couldnt take the order because they were out of oil! How the heck does a fast food restaurant run out of oil? My last time at Sonic!

Im here right now in the drive thru and I was told to hold on.. its been 55 minutes. Im now just sitting here to see how long itll take them to get back with me. Ive even asked if anyone was still there and no one answered. Its now been an hour and 15 minutes since I was told to hold on and they turned the lights off and I can see someone walking to their car. I guess they didnt wanna serve me. Im going to The Stake n Shake down the road.

Worst service ever we order two milkshakes it took 20 minutes and then two different cashier asking for payment when we already paid via machine with a debit cardnever got a receipt when the milkshake came the regular Cheesecake milkshake had strawberry filling in it. it was more like ice cream then a shake had a terrible aftertaste to the shakes. they really need to work on their customer service.

This place has the worst service ever. Ive been there multiple times and theyre always too busy for my order. I press the red button repeatedly and the girls inside turn it off and ignore my request to place an order. They always ask me to pull closer which I think is BS and theyre not even nice about it. Lazy lazy lazy. Maybe a change in management/staffing is necessary.

If you ever want sonic pass on this one. Ordered 2 hot chocolates. Last days have them out to you in a minute. 20 minutes later, after watching employees eat, one comes out and asks what we ordered. I say. 2 hot chocolates. She returns with 2 sundaes. I say no hot chocolates. She says we dont have those here, opens one of the sundaes and starts in on dessert.

really slow service. ordered 2 combos, it took 30 minutes for the food to come, they forgot the drinks, and it took 15 minutes for the drinks. all the employees were sitting out front in no hurry to help anyone.
