Pizza is good here but horrible customer service, and thats why they get a one star! I ordered on Saturday 12/10/2016. Yes we were expecting a snow storm so I knew delivery was going to take a little longer, but not no 2.5 hours later!!! And yes I could have made dinner at home but being a busy mom I bought everything to make hamburgers but the damn MEAT!! Anyways so I ordered pizza from poplar grove bravos at 4:33pm, they told me the usual 45 to an hr so with the storm I waited an hr and 5:36pm came and so I called. The girl who answers phone says "well with the storm itll probably be an extra 15 minutes" I say ok thats fine. 30mins passed so I called again. She now tells me that they came to my house already and a teenager signed the receipt but yet no pizza guy came and there isnt any teenagers at my house so Im upset and their making it seem like I already received my pizza! Finally they took the blame that they just delivered to the wrong house and let some stranger sign my receipt!! They told me theyd make me another pizza and deliver it quickly but they sure didnt want to refund my money for making me wait 2.5 hours! But whatever I didnt wana argue on the phone I just wanted our pizza for the kids! If I order here again I will be picking it up but most likely wont be ordering with those girls who just give attitude!

Today was my little brothers birthday. We went to the water park in which we had a nice time, however, we stop for pizza. As big as the restaurant was, we were directed to the side where no customers were. It looked like a storage space. At first we thought we were placed there because we had a big crowd, however, we noticed that when some customers came on the side we were on, they would direct them to the other side. We felt like outsiders because we were black. We are not bad people and I found that this was unacceptable. Im deeply hurt by the waiter who directed the customers over actions. I cant say everyone was being racist but we saw her move them in our face like we were contagious. Autumn and Linda were nice though however one of our pizza were uncooked instead of getting spinach they put broccoli on top of our Alfredo pizza. And they put pickles on my sister burger even though she asked them not. Shes allergic. We feel so disrespected and had to right a review

Ah yes the local pizza joint, a good place for pizza if youre living in Candlewick, not the best but pizza is pizza, delivery drivers are relatively on time (dont forget to tip them, seriously they work for tips you cheapskate) the cashiers arent the friendliest in your face plastic smiley bunch because this place is all about making pizza not smiles. Srsly they make some bomb ass pizza keep kicking ass Bravos team
