Let me start this out by saying I am a waitress & have been for 16 years... That being said, I cannot believe the way the GM treated us. I deal with complaints with more class & respect then her & Im "just a waitress". As if we were lying to try & get something for nothing. I had been going here often since I loved the soup, salad & bread meal. I always start out with cheese garlic bread, Tonight was no different. The garlic bread is supposed to be an appetizer. Well, not tonight. Got our salad, then soup, then some cheese bread was brought out (not what I ordered) So, I told my waiter thats not right so he took it away to get us what we ordered. Came back 5 minutes later to say itd be ready in 2 minutes....10 minutes later we are finished with everything & still no garlic bread. I see the waiter appear & go grab our bread out of the kitchen (hear the cook say its been there a while) only to walk in the other room with it. No idea why... Finally get it, take one bite & taste FISH! So I patiently wait for the waiter to ask if they serve fish? He says yes. So I told him thats all I taste is fish. My husband stated that we didnt have time for a new order if he could just take it back & take it off the bill. This lady comes over & asks, "did you guys have the bread?" We said yes. She processed to tell us that shes the GM & has worked there 9 years & theres NO WAY we tasted fish...it was garlic!!! The bread is made in back nowhere near the fish. I told her I saw it come from the kitchen, but "that was probably to get the sauce" (Wait, youre the GM & youre telling a PROBABLY when it comes to your kitchens procedures???) Hmmm weird Fish & garlic taste nothing alike!!! If they do you either have some bad fish or terrible garlic. VERY DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED!!

I ate at Grazies for lunch while shopping with my wife. I ordered a caesar salad and after taking 1 bite I realized I wouldnt be able to eat the salad. Far too fishy (anchiovy overload) for me to handle the after taste. So, my wife tried it, agreed with me, and then we spent nearly 10 minutes waiting for the waitress to come back so I could tell her. She eventually came back, learned from us that caesar dressing does indeed have anchovies in it, and then took the salad back to the kitchen. I shared my wifes lunch with her and ordered a water. This is the 2nd time Ive returned food in over a decade, the last time being an overcooked steak. The manager charged me half price for the food and I totally disagree with that policy. I paid the half price, and tipped the waitress on what would have been the full amount because I think its important to tip waitresses correctly. But Grazies will never get another dime from me because they couldnt be courteous enough to pick up a meal I didnt even eat. Even at half price they were going to show a profit on the salad, which isnt right. It would be wise of them to change their policy, or lose out on more return business in the future.

Dishes were dirty. Our waitress Lacey S. was quick to push us out the door, and scatter brained. The food didnt match the descriptions. I ordered the Chicken Cordon blue panini was over done breaded chicken, sliced ham sandwich meat, Swiss cheese, cold vegetables, and ranch dressing. Y wife ordered a LG portion of Chicken Parmesan. The breaded chicken was over done The house sauce tasted like the canned sauce that Sysco delivers. Nothing house about that. The price did not match anything outside of the sandwich/burger menu. The best part was listening to the waitress in the waitress station next to our table, run down their Co workers and supervisor. When the supervisor walked in to the station, they immediately started brown nosing after they just got done running them down. First and last time I will go their. Two of the wait staff could hardly keep their hands off each other, and were making out. Another waitress was digging around in her bra fit her cellphone and checking it constantly.

Today 09/22/16 at 3:39pm went to Grazies Italian grill in Green Bay with my husband, and my 2 teen boys to eat at there. We love the food there and we have had great service there before. We where very disappointed of today service and the food was done wrong and pasta was not cook through. This was my first time have bad service plus the waitress CJ was not checking on us. She had another party there of only mens and was very attentive to them. While she gave us a water pitcher so she didnt have to come that often leaving our table with empty cups and not refilling our drinks. I ask for a manager and he came out with a chef clothing and I told him our food was not done. So he just told the waitress to remove it from our bill. He didnt introduced himself to us. So we dont know for sure if he was actually the manager there. I would like the owner to contact me because this type of service will hurt there business.

Its difficult for me to comment on the majority of the menu, as I always get the same thing when I go there; on that note, if youre one of the few who are like me and dont especially care for most Italian food but find yourself needing to choose an Italian restaurant one based on company, go for Grazies. Apart from never having an issue with their service, the Spiced Pecan Wrap is a divine god-send. Ive never encountered something quite like it at another restaurant in the area, and it is absolutely delicious. Furthermore, the ingredients all seem high quality and fresh, and for those looking at other menu options, I assume this translates into their other offerings. Grazies is a great choice in the Green Bay area.

We stopped for lunch on a whim on 6/19/15 while visiting Green Bay for the day. The interior was open and stylish with prompt and friendly service. It was a few minutes to 2 PM and they were kind enough to allow us to order off the lunch menu. We ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad and the all you can eat soup, salad, and bread (garden salad and clam chowder). The bread was delicious, and the salads had fresh ingredients. The grilled chicken was freshly grilled with great flavor. While we were there, two separate managers stopped by to see how our meal was. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Green Bay area.

We went there several years ago and it had a nicer atmosphere, better food and better service. We recently went last Sunday for their 25 cent all you can eat chicken wings. They were not wings, but more like chicken strips. They were okay for the price, but not like Buffalo wings. The service was not that great. The waiter forgot to bring the salads, and the beer is way overpriced ($5.25). One thing that was excellent was the pizza we ordered. It is cooked in a brick oven and is very good. Might come back for that.

3 of us stopped there on a Sunday for lunch. Was told 20 minute wait. Waited for 15 minutes at bar. No body came and got us drinks or even acknowledged us. Looked around and seen 6 empty tables. Asked the girl up front why we couldnt get one of those empty tables. Was told they were holding back seating people because their servers were swamped and couldnt keep up! People were coming in to eat and leaving because nobody was even talking to them up front. Never seen anything quite that bad. Embarrassing at best.
