What a joke I am reading all these reviews about their great customer service and today my friend and I went in and had one of the worst experience Ive ever had. The store was that there was no one in there and we went in and sat down we were greeted by some young looking potentially high school kids which was totally fine they were very nice. Their menus are pretty ghetto it was a lot of paper stuff but I let that go. However what I could not let go was the extreme rudeness of one of the Asian staff behind the counter. This guy in particular was rude your employees and rude to my friend and I. One of the employees came up to us and as if we were ready to order and that Asian guy interrupted the process and said someone will be right with us so he didnt want one employee to be taking care of us that was weird. But the worst part of it all was when we were asking about unfamiliar dishes and in particular the noodles how it was cooked and the flavor of it and we had asked if it was similar to a Chinese dish called beef chow fun and he was extremely rude with his response saying" there is a Chinese restaurant down the street for you to go to." maybe his girlfriend dumped him today or he has a lot of personal issues hes dealing with but that is no way to talk to a customer who is asking about food. After that response my friend and I got up and left the restaurant and I will guarantee you I will not be returning. There is Restaurant etiquette and customer service that makes a restaurant successful unfortunately this guy had issues. He needs to be fired and if he is the owner he needs a reality check because you cannot talk to people like that. The funny thing was on our way out to be her one of the employees say that we were the second customers to have walked out of the restaurant today so I guess that this guy just had an attitude. Unfortunately it was an attitude people refuse to tolerate. I will not be giving them my money.

I had a really difficult time picking a number of stars for this place. Im not from the area and was craving sushi. Husband doesnt eat it but loves a good ramen bowl. After a quick Google we decided to try this place. Upon walking in I really thought we had made a big mistake. Its rough. Very small, strangely decorated, not what you expect from a sushi place. I had my 3 month old and she needed changed, well too bad there is no baby changing station in the bathroom with a door that doesnt lock. The drinks are literal cans of pop at a significant mark up. All that being said the sushi was AMAZING. One of the best California rolls I have ever had and my husband loved his ramen bowl. I would eat here again but it would be takeout.

Absolutely love this place! I had gone here last weekend with a group of my girlfriends, and initially I was concerned if we would even get a seat because it was extremely packed, however, luckily we got one. All I can say is the food was excellent, and the rolls were so addictive! A few of my friends were not too fond of trying rolls in the beginning, however, the sushi chef customized a few rolls for our taste and my friends ended up loving it towards the end of the night! We left feeling full and content, will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

The test of either Pho or Ramen for me is the broth. I got the ramen and the broth is rich and hearty and just salty enough. The staff is so cool to talk with and Ive never been disappointed. I like to dine on my own and this is on the way home from my shop. I can just take my time, read, eat amazing comfort food and the guys keep my water glass full and dont pressure me to hurry up and open up the table. I really recommend this place. Casual, relaxed and just great food.

Ive been to S-n-N on two different occasions now, both times the staff was very friendly! Today while I waited for my most excellent Rainbow Roll, they gave my son a Japanese pop and a desert to try, free!!! The food! Wow. This is the kind of Sushi that makes you fall in love with the cuisine. Absolutely delicious, fresh and worth the price. Dont let this little gem go out of business! Support your local businesses.

The best sushi in the area, and the best vibe you can get at any sushi place anywhere. The chefs are so passionate about what they do, that on slow days, they will keep making sushi just because they felt like it. They might even make you something extra, so they can keep pursuing their craft. Quick service, fair prices, and you can always inquire about how to suit your tastes. This place really is a hidden gem.

Where do I start? S. L. O. W. service, they served the platter of rolls without ginger and nothing was better than OK. The rolls seem much smaller than other local competitors. Some rice was over cooked and crunchy. After spending a decent amount of money on disappointment, we went out for tacos (everyone was still hungry!). Our group of 6 unanimously agreed we wont be going back anytime soon.

Its more of a hangout, theyre were making our food as theyre touching their phones and texting. Unprofessional and not sanitary. Sitting is uncomfortable for sushi it should be comfortable, for seating I shouldnt feel like Im sitting at a ballpark on a wooden bench. wont be back here, on to the next.

I never write reviews, but this place rocks! I just moved here from the city, and Im kind of sort of a food snob- Their fish is so fresh! We just ordered from here on a Wednesday night and it was delicious! The owner and staff are super fun and friendly. Go to this restaurant, you wont be disappointed!

My entire order was inaccurate. I drove 15 mins there and then another 15 mins back to get home only to find out that our order was completely wrong. Then when I called would only refund part of the order back. I dont recommend this place and I will not be coming back. Thanks for the horrible service.

Ramen was a bit disappointing, I was expecting the Japanese belly cut pork like almost all pork ramen have this one had pork like the Mexican carnitas would have. The soup was salty with a mix burnt onions. The noodles and egg was the only good part. My little brother sushi was better then my ramen.

My diamond in the rough Sushi place! Always the freshest and best in the area! The roll creations are exquisite, my favorites being the Tim, Flame, and Godzilla. You cant go wrong with any of them though! Staff is super nice and they care about each customer so you feel welcomed.
