Overpriced for the portions. We got their signature Ramen which was full of flavor but only came with two tiny pieces of pork and seemed short on veggies. I usually can not eat a whole bowl of Ramen in one sitting but this I wolfed down and was till hungry. My husband got the BiBamBop and it was sizzling delicious but again maybe an 1/8 cup of meat and mostly all rice. We were still hungry afterwards we ate at 2pm or so and went and got dinner at 5pm! The prices at $12-$14 just are not justified for the small portions and fast food feel of the place. Skip it.

This place is not a real restaurant. The food was above average but the place has zero ambiance which makes it a poor dining experience. It looks closed from the outside because their blinds were shut. The staff member in the front didnt seem too happy to be working there, which I can understand. No music or TV playing, just awkward silence as you ate. Was confused whether or not we cleanup our own tables or not. Probably wont return.

The cashier man was so helpful and nice and I ordered the number 5 ramen bowl and it was amazing so healthly and delicious the chef actually brought out the food to me and my mom and we even ordered two separate items to go because it definitely tasted homecooked and made me feel so much better on this cold chicago day ,also great large portions for the $ ! Cupbop is the best and anyone in the chicago land area should check it out !

Chicken cup was delicious. The only problem is that they are a bit overpriced, and they dont even fill the cup up to the top. Would love if the portions were a little larger for the price... Or if the price was a little lower for the current portions. But overall Id definitely recommend it, it was one of the best Asian cuisines I have ever had.

Loved the stuff, very nice and helpful. Today I ordered the dolsot b bop ...amazing! The food is very tasty and healthy. This is my third time coming here since they opened and the food has always been delicious. I definitely make this place a regular stop. I recommend it to anyone who appreciate good food.

Cute enough, clean and fast even though the Pride parade was going on and traffic was horrendous. Ramen was so-so, not much depth to the broth, chewy noodles. I would have liked more options for mushrooms, nori, etc. Not a destination, but will scratch the itch if youre in the neighborhood already.

I lived in Korea for 2 years, and was thrilled to see a new restaurant down the street from us. This place was delicious, and can definitely say that their bibimbap is authentic. So nostalgic and wonderful. Ill be back :). Thanks for the wonderful comfort food and great service!

Love the food! Its so good and I love how you can pick your own spicy level. Great food, however, outrageously overpriced. Would not recommend going here if youre on a budget, but if youre down for treating yourself, this would be a great place for that!

Went on opening day and the food was great. Went today (4 days later) and there was about half the food in my to-go container. The pork cup had a different pork too. Last Monday it was a sweet Korean BBQ sauce and Friday it was spicy. Disappointing..

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I had questions about what all was included in each menu item. the place is beautiful, food was very tasty you didnt need to add sauce just to make it taste good.

Asked for a 5 (out of 5) on the spicy scale. Was warned multiple times. My take-out lid has "Lvl 6" sharpied on! Not disappointed: sweating, lips on fire slurping up some delicious ramen.

There is not that many place to grab Korean food in Lincoln Park. Cupbop+Ramen is the place to get some bibimbap. Also the cupbop is fast and easy to eat! Definately recommend!!

I got the Tonkotsu Ramen. Broth was great but for $14 I expected more than one piece of meat. FUH is $12 and you get 3x to 4x more meat and enough fillers to make for two meals.

Really good food, but sometimes they start closing down before their posted closing hours which is an inconvenience if that was your planned dinner.

I ordered spicy miso ramen that was awful! The soup was too salt to eat, the taste just like instant noodles, wont eat again.
