Ill add to the talk about being out of things and inattention to customers- Walked in and up to the cash register and the staff continued to walk right past me and not even acknowledge my presence. I noticed they seemed busy taking care of the drive up line and when a young man finally asked what he could get me, I very politely told him that good manners dictates that they should acknowledge me and if they were busy, I would understand that, but still to ignore was not right. After dealing with that professionally and politely (because that is who I am) I ordered the $5.00 deal that includes chicken, biscuit, cookie, and a drink. The young man informed me that they were out of cookies (probably the biggest part of what appeals to me for this meal) and said he could substitute another biscuit. Well, I didnt want another biscuit, I wanted a cookie. Behind him were some bundt cakes and asked him if he could cut up a slice of that to substitute. He had to ask his manager. The manager came over and said they could not cut the bundt cake but I could have a biscuit. I dont want a biscuit. So, I said, "just throw another piece of chicken in there" He could not do that either, but I could have a biscuit and then he rushed off to the drive up window. I dont want another biscuit! At this point, having already paid, I asked for my money back and left. Politely and professionally. I see the are probably doing thousands? millions? dollars worth of advertising, getting new actors to pretend they are the Colonel and trying to get new customers. Well, here is a news flash, you didnt have to sell me with commercials, I actually got out of my car and walked in to the restaurant and was treated poorly. Never stopping there again.

I kind of starved myself while running errands. So I was ready to eat anywhere & settled with KFC. I ordered the a 2 piece meal. Now there are two 2 piece meals. One is from the $5 menu and the other is over $7. The cashier was kind enough to point that out to me. I took the cheaper of the two & added an extra side. The $5 option was also dark meat, which I prefer. I also prefer original recipe, which I also went with. Something about them herbs and spices. Mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were my sides. The chicken was good. They were a good size and not too greasy. The mashed potatoes are nothing to write home about. The gravy is its saving grace. I liked the mac & cheese but its not like its anything special either. Biscuits were bland. I didnt eat the cookie that comes with it. Still a decent meal for the value. It did the job for this starving guy.

This so called KFC is by far the worst Ive been too. They NEVER have foid ready, there employees are more worried about there cell phones then customers half the time. Dinner rush is always a 20-30 min wait for a simple meal. Dont get me wrong I appreciate fresh cooked food, but they do everything at a slow snails pace. They NEED TO FIRE EVERYONE in there for not being serious about there job. Ill be sure thats the last time that franchise gets any of my hard earned money. Better off going to Walmart for there cooked chicken, at least theres no 20-30 wait for food.

If I could give no stars I would. Ive been to this location 3 times this week and every time they have messed up. Today was the last time. How can someone order something, and it be read back to them correctly but the order is still wrong? I mean I didnt get charged for the item today I ordered but didnt get it either like the first day, was charged and didnt get. I just dont get how they can read it back correctly and all but still be wrong. Obviously someone needs trained better.

Ive given them more than one chance and every time they seem to never have chicken made. I went again this past Saturday, I ordered the eight piece meal an d once again I was told we dont have any chicken but if I want, I could get 6 wings and two breast for no extra charge. It was 7pm on a Saturday night and you have no chicken. Your not even busy. They are slow, no prepared and management needed to get changed. I will never go here again.

It was clean. Wasnt told soda machine was out of order till after we ordered. Chicken little sandwich was ice cold and bun so stale it literally crunched like a crouton. My prior visit I ordered grilled chicken and they said they were out at 1pm and werent going to make some just for me and to come back at dinner at 5pm and they should have some then . Like seriously didntveven offer or suggest something else. Not recommended

NEVER have anything on the menu available. Literally the last 4 times Ive been to this location in the last 3 months theyre out of something. And Im not talking about oddball items, Im talking chicken.... theyre out of chicken! Either the bites are not cooked, or its grilled chicken, or original. I was told just now it would be at least 2 hours before check bites were ready and its 4 in the afternoon.

They messed up the order and left out a large and small side of Mac n cheese. They didnt put pickles on the Nashville hot or the Georgia gold. I ordered a 1/2 gallon on lemonade and they gave me a warm one that was not refrigerated.

All dinning tables dirty and employee behind the counter on his cell phone. Customer should not have to request table be clean. Besides that all good. Dinning area temperature very cozy. Thumbs up for that.

I love KFC, and this branch is great. Restaurant was clean and staff were very friendly. I got a large 16 pc bucket with 4 sides and I had my food within 5 minutes. It was accurate also. Delicious!
