Rudest laziest staff. Walk in theres no customers, one staff member on break eating in the dining room and 3 girls behind the counter leaning over with their heads in their hands. I ask how the family chicken tender meals come and one of them points up to the menu and says, "uh, like that." I was taken back at how rude she was. There is no signage explaining that any family meals could be made with tenders or whole chicken pieces. One of the other girls yells from the back that you can get either. The three of them just stared at me expressionless. Left and went down the street to Browns where the counter girl and owners know how to treat customers. Im a restaurant manager and would never put such people out in the front of the house to deal with my customers. Will not be back.

Havent been to a Popeyes in 10+yrs. Decided to give it a try. I was rushed thru my order. Wasnt asked if i wanted a drink and wasnt given chance to ask for one. At the window i ask to add a drink and the girl gives me a confused look and said i couldnt add a drink cause the order was already done. Not mean service, but not polite. And my fries that were a side order were crushed in box. And they werent even the side to the meal. Never again.

This is a good chicken place. Gave 4* due to beans & rice, Sometimes they are dry, not good,(my opion) mashed taters are good, they are spicy, if your not one for spicy foods, go with org. recipe, I love their chicken strips, shrimp Cajun style, awsome; they have a decent menu of different things; jumbalia, shrimp, n chicken of course, I dont think youd be disappointed if tried. Id go back, n do every cpl weeks or so. HAPPY EATING..

They always have hot fresh chicken on Tuesdays for their 2 pc, side, and biscuit special for $3.99. However Tuesdays can be quite busy so service times during peek hours are slower. Side item quality is good. Place is a bit small and cramped and drive thru gets backed up and blocks parking and traffic on Larkin Ave at times especially Tuesdays. Park in Hobo and Big Lots parking area if going inside.

The last three visits have been a miss. Ask for 10 pcs thru the drive thru ask to substitute thighs would pay extra for breast. Got home open up the bag I thought that I had fried Cornish hens. The chicken was cold and The breast and wings was very dried. Spoke to manger quoted she didnt make the chicken . What a joke! Will find another Popeyes

surprised this location is still in business. 90% of the time their chicken is old and dry, and the employees are loud and obnoxious. The new store which just opened on Jefferson Street is a lot better, and the employees more friendly.

So I went to this location today. I went on the drive thru. First, they didnt give me my drink then I noticed when I got home that they gave me the wrong order. One thing that I notice at the window is the workers talking on the phone.

Its a pretty good Popeyes. Just be aware that certain events (pretty much any sporting event where there will be view parties), will cause a longer wait than youd expect. Staff are friendly, though.

This place is always packed and for good reason the food is best quality for popeyes chicken and the staff is nice. They get the food to you as quick as they can and it is never wrong when I go.
