I was very excited to get KFC , however I was beyond disappointed. I dont know what they did differently, but aside from the mashed potatoes and gravy, none of the food or drink had a good taste. The Nashville Hot tenders were disgustingly greasy, not to mention the flavour was lacking. I ordered a big box meal, asked for original recipe, and instead got chicken that with the exception of someone dumping an extra pound or two of salt into the mix, had no flavour. I first filled my cup with tea, which tasted extremely bitter and left a powdery after taste. I dumped that and tried Sierra Mist, no flavour there either, just carbonated water with a hint of Sierra Mist. My boyfriend tried the Dr. Pepper, same issue. This marks the last time I come here. Ill give my business to Popeyes Chicken from here on out. If I could give zero stars, I would. RIP the days of KFC being amazing.

I swear I cant beleive the service at this location! We have tried this location 3 times of which none of them were good - If you are trying to pick up a bucket of chicken you certainly will get the same old response that they try not to sell it to you becuase then they will be out of chicken - Hello are you not in the business to sell chicken? I thought the first and second were just perhaps a fluke but nope - 3rd time same deal - I bet this would be a great undercover Boss opportunity to see how bad to run a franschise that would certianly have them close down the doors for good - waste of time trying and will never go back again!!! rude managers and staff dont make it any better either!

Biggest issue with this location is wait time. Lines will start to form and since there normally understaffed they will take an order then go and get the food themselves, which makes more delays. The employees are nice but when busy can seem like there rude but are just trying to get through the line. Dont be to rude to them, its not the employees its more of how this location is managed. Most of the time when an employee is rude is when a customer gets mad and is rude to them, although they shouldnt get rude in return, its worth noting. Treat them well and theyll return the favor Food is just like all other locations, same price and quality youd expect

This restaurant is never prepared to have customers... they are always out of chicken no matter what time it is... the pop machine out in the dining room when I went today was out of the Sobe flavored water out of fruit punch out of dr. Pepper one of the Pepsi things was out of order and they acted like it was a pain in there but for them to get the drink from behind the counter... they also said they didnt have any type of sugar or sweetener for the unsweetened iced tea and that they never carry those kinds of things... like others have posted I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt and go back and its always the same thing or a brand new issue

decide to give this kfc a try today. tables were dirty so we had to clean our own table. not busy at all, and our order was messed up. big time!. missing a piece of chicken, no cookie, no silverware, no famous bowl, no biscuit. employee seemed very new at the job. no one was helping anyone. Only reason we came to this one is due to being out here. I will go back to my own kfc and not come here again. i can understand orders get messed up. but when there is 1 drive thru order and our own. pretty hard for 5 employees to screw that up.

Wow. 30 minutes for food and a lot of angry people. Best Sunday ever! The cashiers lost all the orders and we needed to provide receipts for what we had already paid for to receive our food. Update 2016: Updating from 1 star to 3 because the staff quality and consistency has improved. The chicken is still often soggy and generally not as well cooked as some competitors (see Popeye). If youre in a pinch for fried chicken give them a shot, otherwise try a competitor in the area.

Enjoyed my lunch with my best friend Pastor Debra Common at KFC. The facility was clean, the food was fresh, except the potato wedges were very hard and dry and the fruit punch was water, but i want to let you know that, the manager was eating his lunch and i mentioned to him about the potatoes and the drink, he STOPPED EATING HIS LUNCH AND MADE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF! Thank you for attending to my immediate need. I rate my experience a 5!

I agree with the others on the food, it was pretty dry and mediocre at best. But the cashier (I think her name was Anna) was phenomenal, so much so that I came on Google to review the experience. She was in a great mood the entire time. She was sweet and friendly to me and my family as well as everyone who came in afterwards. Overall a really nice experience, too bad the food was meh.

Horrible entire order wrong. Didnt realize until I got home.. attempted 3x to call and nobody picks up the phone. Specifically asked for no coleslaw and that what we received. Received all crispy chicken when was supposed to half and half, the list goes on and on!!!!!

Frozen coleslaw? And dry chicken . I went to drive thru .When I got home it wasnt worth going back. But if it was nice out . I would have gone back and demanded my money back. Lesson learned no more KFC they ruined it for all of them

Pulled up for the one thing they are known for "Fried Chicken" they said they wont have anymore for 30-45min. They also had no chicken tenders left because either truck doesnt come until tomorrow....
