I arrived this morning 15 minutes before they opened not realizing that they werent open yet the manager was still in the parking lot getting out of his car notice that I was sitting in drive thru asked me if I needed to place an order I said yes he said what did you need he said ok do me a favor and just pull around within a minutes of being there i got my ice. Paid for it all I even apologized saying Im sorry I didnt realize you were open yet the nice employee said not a problem its just ice this is the type of customer service that every business should try to achieve. Also you can get a 10 pound bag of ice $1 07 that includes tax

I would give zero stars if I could. Went to drive thru and employee on the other end of order box could not understand me (even though I spoke in clear, pronunciated English) and had an attitude about it. I said no thanks and went elsewhere. Clear communication and a demonstration of customer service definitely needs to be excerised here, and re-examined through re-education classes on respect and the true meaning of customer service.

Best tasting fried chicken in town hands town! Ive even ordered catering for Christmas because its sooo good. Ive tried Popeyes at other locations and the chicken isnt as fresh or have enough meat as this location does. Staff is friendly and service is good. Manager who helped with my order on Christmas was very nice and good at handling customers during the busy time.

hi my name is Zion i am 10 years old and i do not recommend this place because my grandmother and i were there 8/5/2016 and the latino workers were very rude to us. they refused to accept my grandmothers coupon after we had traveled so far away to get there. what a waste of bus fare and time. plus we were ready to eat.

Horrible customer service! How can "can I help you" sound so much like f*** you? And seriously, for credit card purchases they hand you a clipboard to sign the receipt? It is 2016 people! My husband loves their food, but half the time he does not even get the side that he ordered. Its like they are on autopilot.

The food is pretty great and the restaurant is clean enough but the service is lousy. Be prepared for a very long wait in the drive thru and dont expect the menu boards to reflect what they actually have.

Have not been inside this Popeyes, but drive thru has got my order correct each time even thought the employees tend to be a little unfriendly. Good is good, I highly recommend their pies for desert.

The dining room was filthy!!!! The help us beyond help. No one speaks good English. The manager was rude as hell. I only asked for two fresh biscuits and fresh fries. They were cold and hard.
