They restaurant has horrible customer service! We just went through the drive thru and was informed that the KFC portion of the store had closed for the night and only Taco Bell was open....fine (even though I think that is dumb and that the entire restaurant should stay open/have the same hours)...but when we went to pay, there was a KFC sign on the window that specifically said that KFCs drive thru was open until 12AM. I wasnt mad...I simply told the kid working that the sign was misleading and that they should take it down because it didnt have the correct hours...for whatever reason, he felt that I should talk to the manager (Myrna)...she was awful...I told her the same thing...she said that the sign was not wrong and that it was showing taco bells hours...thats funny since the sign did not say taco bell any where on it, only KFC....I told her that the sign was misleading and she argued with me saying that it wasnt....I was like "are you serious????" Stop acting like I am dumb..I am smart enough to read the sign posted in your window..it has a KFC symbol and lists the KFC website, it does not say anything any where about taco bell, and it clearly states that KFCs drive thru is open until 12AM....all I was trying to say was that your sign was misleading and that you should think about changing it...but your horrible customer service (especially on the managers part) just lost you some customers...

0 Stars for this place. is there anything below "0"?? Placed an order in the restaurant last friday. Came home to realize they have totally screwed up the order. didnt not want to go back in the bad weather! Spoke to the store manager - first totally denied the screw up. After specifically asking for the gentleman who took the order - acknowledged the mistake and asked me to come again to get the same order free of cost! Was there again tonight - the manager there was rude when heard about my last experience. When leaving - was asking me to re-check the order!! Really!!! think they should be rechecking the order after an initial screw up! Lo! they screwed up again. realized this after getting home. Maybe i should have taken her advice and checked it at the store!! Never recommend this place. This place is a disgrace to Tacobell or KFC!! the corporate should re-look at the management running this outfit!

The service here is awful! I went there to get my husband dinner. The drive thru had a long line so I decided to go in. I couldnt see inside otherwise I wouldnt have done that. Big mistake! There was a long inside too! At one point the manager asked the person taking orders to stop taking them and help get the orders he had already taken out. Which didnt do much good. All the kid was doing was walking around not knowing what to do. I found out that another person had been waiting for their food for literally a half hour. When her son asked if they could just get their money back they finally got their order. The kid handing out the orders didnt even know what he was handing out! This is one place I will not be going back to!

I got a 2-pc chicken meal for 5.99 and your cashier Crystal messed up my side of mashed potatos w/ gravy. It even said so on the receipt but instead I got mac n cheese which tasted awful. She also got my drink wrong, I asked for a dr pepper and she gave me pepsi. This location always seems to mess up my order and with a total of $8 for my mediocre meal it was not worth it. They dont seem to care about their customers at all.

the service sucked, order was taken wrong and when I went inside the store to try to fix it, instead of saying sorry and just fixing the damn order, I was given a cold shoulder by the manager mirna, no apologies what so ever and ththey just threw my money at me. Thats not how you treat your customer. Beware guys. I had a v bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave this KFC a second chance for a good review but unfortunately despite the warm service folks, the chicken was rubbery and left a lot to be desired. I ordered the popcorn chicken for the kids and the Nashville chicken for self. Both were disappointing. I am hoping they will get this fixed.

Ive walked out of here on 3 occasions over the last year. Staff does not acknowledge waiting customers at register. Not cool to make people wait and walk right by them without saying hello out letting them know that they will be with you shortly. There is never enough staff in the restaurant.

This place usually gets orders wrong. Seriously. Check your good before you leave the counter or drive-through. I cant think of a place more inaccurate and disorganized than this. Also, service is slow and they dont offer you sauce unless you request it, to save some pennies.

Im not happy with this Taco Bell - their food is never very good compared to other Taco Bells Ive visited. Unfortunately, its only down the block from my house, but Im thinking about making the extra drive to go somewhere else if I get a craving.

Horrible! We got our Taco Bell food first and I had to wait for my KFC. By the time I got it everyone else was finished. How delightful. The Pepsi was out also. You have to pay for extra sauce $.25 for 3. Never seen this in ANY other Taco Bell.

KFC is an american institution. The crunchy chicken with its fantastic seasonings is just something that calls to you. And you cannot beat the quality sides that you can get. I enjoy going there whenever chicken is the choice.

Google wont fix its missing information on this location. Its not just a KFC. Its also a Taco Bell but Google seems to believe they know better and wont update Maps to reflect it as such despite telling them of their error.

Drive thru last didnt know her own menu. Anything I asked she had no idea of it. Even when I ordered she said they dont carry it when I was staring at the menu. When she realized she was wrong she gave a lot of attitude.

I usually come here twice a week and they used to have great service but lately its been slipping hard. Really long wait times and the steak casadias have like no steak on them anymore and for $4 its kinda ridiculous.
