I went through the drive through and ordered. Then I received a phone call while I was in line waiting for the food. I took the phone call after I paid and figured that they would just hand me the food and I didnt need any interaction. (Yes, I was the one being rude by being on the phone). They confirmed my order, handed it to me and I drove off. I went out of the parking lot, turned down through the mall and was waiting for the stop light to leave when an employee of chik fil a came running across the shopping mall to chase me down. He said that they forgot to give me my $2 change and handed it to me. Im not sure if they really forgot or if I was just so distracted by my phone call but he graciously took the blame. I was so impressed that they made all that effort. My food was delicious and I will stop there anytime I drive by.

Ive gone to this specific chick fil a drive thru several times. Unfortunately Ive been overall disappointed about the service. I have forgotten multiple times to ask for chick fil a sauce. I wish they would ask me if I would like any sauces, that would be really helpful and quite honestly Im used to that type of service in other drive thru restaurants. But thats not all, they have messed up my order. I usually just forgive them. One time I asked for cheese on my chicken biscuit, I received it with no cheese. Today I asked for extra butter on my chick n minis. Barely any butter on them. It might be because I worked at another chick fil a and always heard about how great the service was at the Fox Valley Chick fil a. But I am honestly not impressed.

I normally am extremely pleased with my experience at chick fil a which is why I love coming back for the delicious tasty chicken. However I went in today and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth figuratively and literally witch just made me not want to go back . My order was simple just a sandwich with no pickles and a drink but apparently it wasnt simple enough for the cashier Nate to understand. my drink was 100% ice and when i bit into my sandwich i found the unpleasing taste of pickles. I will definitely save money by not coming here everyday again . The cashier didnt even try to get my order right because when i went up to get my order fixed he seemed like he wasnt listening so i decided to leave because i was on my lunch break.

First time going today and by far one of the worst experiences Ive had at any fast food restaurant. A guy, his name is Nate and took my order he was rude and I did not finish ordering my meal when he was telling me my total. i got a number 2 and i was going to order more food but i was already fed up with the service.And he didnt even give me my drink. He seemed racist and i felt uncomfortable, the food is great, but people like him make the company loose loyal customers.

Terrible. My granddaughter ask for a kids Meal and did not receive the little toy or surprised that they put in with the meal. I had asked for a charred broiled chicken sandwich and was told they didnt have any thing like that on the menu. They gave me a grilled chicken sandwich instead and said that was the same thing. It might be the same thing to them but grilled chicken and charred broiled are different.

This Chick-fil-A has the most courteous staff and the atmosphere exceeds any fast food chain type restaurant. I recommend that everyone should stop to eat the food and see what this store is doing right. The best i have ever seen. Keep up the great work and i recommend corporate come visit this particular store.

Great food and awesome staff! Alanis is one of my favorite people there! Tatiana and Kelsey also do a fantastic job. Seriously the entire staff is so professional and that truly makes a difference! I appreciate great customer service; it makes for a great trip every time!

My first time there and I had a awesome person take my order, her name is KIRSTEN!! Very friendly have us the whole down low on menus what sauces were good etc. chicken was delicious and I spent $14.00 and change for two combos large sized anf you get free soda refills

Very friendly staff, which is always a great find at any fast food style restaurant. For exploring, ordering to go, they brought the food out directly to me rather than simply setting it on a counter and shouting a name. Not a huge deal, but the little things count!

The typical great service and food that you expect from Chick-fil-A but this location is extremely crowded due to being by the mall. All Chick-Fil-A locations are busy in my experience, but this one is actually a bit uncomfortably so.

Not sure why people love this place so much. Theyre food is insanely overpriced for the calories you are getting. A single meal could easily go over 1400 calories if you get those waffle fries and a shake with your chicken sandwich.

I have been to this Chick-fil-A quite a few times. The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. One of the few places around here that you can get a decent sweet tea. The shakes are great, too.

Went through the drive through, and they gave me the wrong meal. I was in a hurry, so I didnt raise an issue. The mix up provided me with a first taste of their chicken tenders, and they were unbelievably good!

The site down restaurant was so annoying with all the employees, cleaning the same table not once, twice but I counted 6 times cleaning the same empty tables...
