The worst bbq and service I have ever experienced. I called on 7/4/16 and asked if they could handle a family order for 10 which is $149 with tax. I spoke to Jim and was told to pick the food up in an hour which included rib tips, a slab of ribs, two rotisserie chickens, bread, cole slaw, and baked beans. In rushing and with a child with me, I drove quite a distance to pick up the food and bring it home to my family. To my amazement, all of the meat was burnt; the cole slaw and beans were packaged in small, individual containers, and because they ran out of rolls, we were given several slices of Texas toast. I called the restaurant back to complain that the meat was burnt and spoke to Jim again who said he did not check the order because they were busy. I was promised a call back the next day (Tuesday), once he determined the amount he could compensate me. After not receiving a call, I called the store back on Tuesday afternoon and was told that the owners was home with sick children and might give me a call back tomorrow (Wednesday). Well, I havent received a call so I called the store minutes ago and spoke with Jim, the owner who over talked me and told me that if I continued to complain, he wouldnt give me the $40 he initially quoted as compensation. I am livid, and extremely upset over this lack of quality customer service, and food preparation which wasnt fit for a dog. Jim said that hes been in busy for 26 years and frankly, "I dont care." I am going to yell on all social media sites, file a complaint with the BBB and whoever else so that everyone knows that Jim doesnt give a darn about serving quality food, nor satisfying customers who have been wronged.

Too many people write bad reviews because they feel they are entitled and feel that they have some saber to rattle. They want to be heard. But instead of going to the manager or owner of the establishment, they just go all passive aggressive and write a review like a 5 year old throwing a tantrum. Well Im here to write an HONEST review. I have been going here for years and I hold all other BBQ and Rib joints up to Brothers Ribs standards. In all the time ive been coming here, I think Ive gotten, maybe, 2 racks of ribs that were not as tender as they normally serve. The meat just slides off the bone. The Garlic Toast is great, I always order extra. RC would not be my normal choice for soda, but on the rare chance that I will have one, its neat that its not the standard. There isnt a single thing that Ive had here that I would not say was great when I had it. Texture, taste, and value. Their BBQ sauce is so good that I buy the bottles to use at home. I would put it on most everything if the gf would let me! The only thing I would personally critique the restaurant on, is the dining arrangement. The chairs can be a tad wonky at times, and I wish there was more room to bring bigger groups of friends. But thats pretty minor when it comes to Brothers. Thanks guys! Keep on making awesome food!

It was coo. I got a pulled pork sandwich, fries, and a drink. We had gotten a side of the sauce to taste it first. Good balance of sweet and tang. I got side of fries. They had RC products, so i got an RC. The sauce was dank AF. Probably the best in the area hands down, but they didnt put much on my sandwich. I used the side we had gotten earlier to sauce it up better, so were lucky we dined in. Were also lucky it was slow, because there wasnt much seating, and we have 3 boys. Just so happens there was a 5 seater table right in the middle. The sandwhich was good, and the bun was really good. I wanted another sandwich, but i just chilled out on my fries and didnt need it after. I dont like crinkle fries, but these were so crispy and big. RC is the weakest brand ever, but it was cool because the sauce was so good. I wish they soaked the meat in it, but we asked for the sauce before we spent money, so i would assume they would be accomidating if you needed more. The wife and kids were happy, so they get 5 stars.

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to try the rib tips. I called in my order. The restaurant appeared clean. I had to pay $2 dollars more than expected because the menu online is outdated. I was never offered the online price. So PLEASE ask for the price before you order. In addition, according to the lunch menu I should have gotten cole slaw and fries, instead I got a slice of bread (Texas toast) and french fries. The sauce was delicious. However the meat was tough and appeared to be boiled. It did not taste grilled, no char. The guy who took my order was friendly just appeared a little nervous, not sure why. Overall, maybe Ill go back and try the pulled pork.

Lives up to the hype! Lots of BBQ places make the claim they are the best, but Brothers backs it up. First lets talk about their ribs. Some of the best I have had outside of doing them myself on a slow cooked smoke. Great sauce too, you can buy it even. They have some great BBQ pork and brisket sandwiches too. In fact these are a great choice when you are hungry but a half-slab is still more than you want. The fries are great too. Dont bother with the burgers. There are better places. Go in, get the ribs, buy extra sauce.

My department chose to eat at this place for take-out today. I ordered the perch lunch special with fries, baked beans and a side of hot sauce....the perch fillets were fried very hard, flavorless and were very dry and the "hot sauce" is buffalo wing sauce....overall, it sucked and I didnt even taste the "hot sauce"! I will not be ordering from this place again. For those of you providing good reviews, good for you.

Food was okay, nothing special. My problem was the fact that I chewed on a metal staple that had somehow gotten into their brisket. I took it out, cleaned it, and showed it to the guys at the front. I got a "sorry," and that was it. I will not be going back.

The food sucks!!! The food was flavorless, meat was overcooked, chicken tasted like frozen meat. Their fixin’ were worthless as well. The BBQ sauce lacks its zing and flavor. Never ever again!! Worst BBQ joint in the burbs

They kill it on the ribs and Texas toast. Super friendly guys and happy its local! I wish the brisket has some flavor tho. No char or seasoning on it at all. Would for sure go back for the ribs anytime.

My friends and I went there to eat. I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich, and the fries were very crispy. Good BBQ sauce, and overall a good experience.

My go to place to eat, good prices and good food. My go to meal - Pulled pork on toast with a side of RC (Soda) and Toast (Yes again).

Burger was dry and gross. I sat by the window and kept being bothered by flys. I looked on window sill and saw a bunch of dead bugs.
