Neighborhood gem! If you live in the Lake Villa area and youve got a taste for "fast food" give these guy a try. There arent many spots in the area with this quality. This place is always clean. The staff is always friendly, and you simply cannot beat the prices. Fav: Grilled Chicken sandwich! (...and cheese fries or funnel cake fries). Fresh. Fast. Friendly. Kids might enjoy .99 cent hot dogs on Sunday.

Went in today at lunch and it was PACKED! I totally understand why :D Placed my order and waited. Wait time was a bit longer but they were short staffed and i didnt mind waiting. The Owner (i believe) was running everywhere and working as fast he could to get the food out. If you are ever in the neighbor and want some GREAT food, GREAT service and GREAT prices, its a place to go!

Horrible food.. I ordered a milkshake that i actually didnt pay for because i didnt except it. It was 1 scoop of icecream and the rest milk. I felt like i was drinking cookies and cream flavored milk! Tables were dirty also i have an 8 month old daughter that i had no where to put the not clean but dirty high chair they offered me to gave her shot on.. never going there again.

I noticed the business run by all Mexicans so I did a search on the business and sure enough, its owned by Mexicans. I no longer give my money to Mexican owned businesses since they are the biggest scammers of the system and they rarely do business with white people. Ill go back to Sammies if I want a hot dog.

Love that they have 99cent hot dog Sundays! Their grilled chicken pitas are delicious! Ive had their gyro, it was loaded with meat... but still good! Had a milk shake there too, good! & their milkshake ideas are creative!

Best hotdog/food place around. Run by the nicest family. Huge menu selection. Tip - Sundays they have Chicago dogs for just a dollar, but be prepared to wait a short time since the secret is out!

Each item I have tried has been good. Go here a ton when my parents are in town. Son loves the chicken strips and of course the ice cream. Great value as well. You wont leave hungry.
