FANTASTIC BBQ. The food here is amazing. If you are a BBQ aficionado or snob, youll love it. The brisket is tasty, the ribs can be done dry/rubbed/wet/mixed, the chicken is moist and tasty, and the sides are outstanding. The creamed spinach is out of this world...my fav. I recently placed a small catering order for a dozen people. The online ordering platform is very easy to use. However, when i was bout to check out, they stated it would be ready in about 7 hours. I called the location concerned about that and they said it could be ready in 35 minutes. Interesting. The checkout staff is very nice and helpful. The location is always busy and seating can be hard to come by during lunch (even though there is plenty), but that is just due to how awesome it is and everyone wants to be there...i wouldnt knock it for that. Costs are fairly high, but most bbq places are. Stop by for sometime for some great food...just expect it to be a bit busy during weekday lunch time.

The bbq is good, better than most in some regards. The problem I have is with the way its served. It can handle a lunch rush but it seems they depend on human short term memory too much to keep track of things and so you cant depend on them to be consistant. The way they serve the fries for example, you order and someone calls it out, but its up to you to grab a place marker for fries. They are supposed to bring them out to you after they are done making them, if they remember. I dont even know why they do this, no one else in the whole chicagoland has to do this. Why cant they just make a bunch of fries and scoop them up as people order them, like everyone else in the world. Just think of the resources this could free up.

The food us very tasty. Everyday i.m in the area I stop to try something new .Every time I stop I have great hopes that my sandwich or rib tips or salad will be as Healthy & hardy as the Caucasian people in fron of me or behind me .I am African American and apparently they think I m fat enough or I merely dont deserve the same amount of meat or even the a same amount of tomatoes & cucumbers my salad has .I will not continue to be insulted because one thing for sure my money spends the exact same as the Caucasians.

The food here has always been fantastic (been coming here since shortly after it opened), but I am writing this review because of their customer service. Tonight my wife and I went with our 5 month old daughter (first time since our baby was born). While we were ordering I asked if they had highchairs. The owner or manager said they did and then had a wonderful young lady grab our trays for us and get us a highchair. With an infant people tend to be nice, but we never expected the staff to go out of their way like that.

Consistent quality, sauce is good and cuts of meat are just right. I can see the sides through the display case and pick out just what I want. Lots of sweet treats in various sizes to choose for those who want, or shakes. I usually get the brisket nachos or the mini with fries and no bun since Im avoiding gluten. Buy a mason jar and bring it back for free refills of flavored iced tea. These guys know what theyre doing and seem to want to serve all customers well.

This is the second location I have been to; both are equally great! A variety of meats, sizes, and sides. I have mild food allergies and unfortunately theres something in the corn bread as well as the sweet potatoes I cannot have, which is a shame because their sides are excellent! Still found stuff I like so not a huge problem. They also have a variety of bottled sodas which is fun to choose from. If you like bbq meat, I recommend this place!

Really tasty. went here for lunch and the place was packed but the line went pretty quick. got chicken sammich with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, all of it was delicious. the chicken was cooked fresh right in front of me. no sitting around pre-cooked chicken here. my friends got the brisket sammich and pork sammich, they both loved them. I think ill get Brisket next time.

Solid barbecue bir dont stray far from there house sauce as the alternatives lack a cohesive flavor and arent blended as smoothly. Fantastic iced tea selection and relatively quick line. Real star of the show is their milkshakes cant go wrong with any of them. You will pay more money than you want but I expect that from a Northern BBQ joint.

I bring the family here, we enjoy him the food in a relaxed environment. My only issue is they always run out of st.Louis ribs and Im not a fan of baby back so the last 3 visits I had to settle for baby back. If they are so popular, make more please so I can continue to come here. Lost the 5th star for this reason alone.

The dinning experience is good food, bountiful portions, great servers and oooh my goodness the Brussels sprouts, creamed spinach, potatoes salad, baked beans, oooh the desserts especially the peach cobbler is to live for.....Id advise EVERYBODY to eat here one time....trust me....youll be back

Great local chain of BBQ places, perfect for lunch when you are out in the area, highly recommend the burnt ends. Pulled pork and Ribs are pretty good choices as well, not a huge fan of the side dishes, however cornbread side is delicious and their lemon shake drink is pretty darn good.

Great burnt ends. Unfortunately they were out of the smoked turkey when I stopped in, but it but looked damn tasty from the sample on display. Terrific sides include mashed potatoes & gravy, cornbread, baked beans, mac n cheese and cole slaw. Nice selection of sodas in glass bottles.

I order rib was completely different and was not cooked I never back this place I dont recommended to any one this place was dribble they dont have napkins they using brown pepper very bad in bathroom they using very chip soup all food was cold I never ever go back...............

Wow... super glad this place moved in my backyard. Sauce selections... lemonade shake ups... peach ice tea...ipa.... pork!!! Brisket...mac and cheese... Ill be back real soon. Try it out if you want a chill environment and something different from the chain gang oakbrook lifestyle.

I had the brisket, chicken, rib tips, baked beans, macaroni and cheese. I didnt like their BBQ, too bland, dry and no smoke flavor. Theres lots of better places in the Chicagoland area. To be fair their desserts are very good specially their sweet potato and their cornbread.

A good joint for bbq west of the city. The prices are higher than most. As a lover of mac &cheese i must warn you to dodge this one. Cheesy powder taste with no flavor. The brisket, burnt ends, ribs, and sausage are good. Take $20 or more for a meal soda and sides. Yikes.

Disappointing. No smoke flavor. Burnt ends tasted more like potroast then brisket. Sweet barbecue sauce was nasty. Was looking foward to this place having real bbq. What a letdown. Tender but tasted like it was made in a crockpot rather then real low smoked bbq.
