1) Slow service. 2) They get my order wrong or forget to give me something from my order, every time. 3) Workers dont care about their job and it reflects in their customer service. That goes for the management as well. 4) A couple of the staff were working with their pants hanging off their ass, not cool anywhere in my opinion, especially while working with food!

Their service is terrible! I paid for something and didnt even get it. Ordered a side and got a complete different one. I didnt even get my two drinks that I paid for. I tried calling them twice, didnt even bother to answer. Never wasting my money there again.

My Chicken would have tasted even better with the wedges I had ordered. Pherhaps the macaroni that we ordered could have been forgiven. All these things I paid for, but did not recieve. But...yezus christ, why was the cookie not freashly baked!!!!!

Ive only had a couple issues with the food when Ive ordered, thats why I check my order before I leave the parking lot. I have noticed within the year that they have a high turnover on employees.
