We wasted our money. I always knew this was a hit or miss place but never experienced the miss like most people I know who stopped going. Now I know why. The food we got was absolutely horrible. The chicken was hard and dry on the verge of being burnt with a burnt taste to it. Actually none of the food was edible, the sides were so bland and disgusting including the biscuits. It is hard to describe how they taste but never the less we ended up throwing everything away all $35.00 of it and my family ended up eating sandwiches. I now see what others mean, I will never go back there again ever!

I asked the older woman for BBQ sauce she said each additional one was 35 cents I said okay so theres some in there and she said yes. Thats funny because nobody even asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. She gave me an attitude over 2 BBQ sauces that werent in my bag. Then the lady who made my order came over and said shes right theres none in her bag I never even asked her. So my two stars are for that honest friendly worker. The older white woman with the missing front tooth needs to get herself together.

Ordered a big dinner of shrimp and surf and turf here, and not only did it take forever which is expected, but when I got my food, it was soggy and cold and they tasted tampered with. I had to toss most of it in the microwave when I got back home. This is by far the worst location Ive ever been to next to the one in Blue Island and I consider it a disgrace to the Popeyes franchise. Like others have stated, youre better off avoiding this location.

On a friday at 8:30pm. Mild chicken was not ready. Service was not the worst but wasnt welcoming either. Most impotantly the chicken tasted HORRIBLE. It had no seasoning and tasted like hot oil. I fed every piece to my dog and went back out to another Popeyes.

So i recently stopped at this Popeyes and was very satisfied with how fast they were. The food was fresh, and they have the best deals! Shirley and the rest of the team work their butts off! Keep it up!
