This restaurant is usually on point and Im truly disappointed but as of lately the manager has an excuse for everything so Ive been telling everyone I know to go to the other location for better customer service. If I special order something and its raw when I get home I should not hear an excuse that I ordered it that way and next time I should tell them to leave it for extra minutes because the timer is set for a specific time then your timer need adjusting if the dough is not done and the apples are hard. Im not spending my money where its my fault I would like a cooked apple pie.

I will not spend my money at a place where I am treated rudely. I simply ask for tarter sauce and instead of going to get the sauce I received a rude speech on how I should ask for the sauce when I make my order. Heres an idea! Maybe ask the customer what type of sauce they were like instead of giving speeches... We picked up Popeyes from this location as a treat every Monday. That will no longer be the case. The food is not that great to put up with rude behavior and inconsistent food quality.

Explain to me why they serve a $6 box instead of a $5 box as nationally advertised. The cajun turkey price is also $10 more then advertisement of all other locations. I order a tea, and owners wife brought the jug of tea to the drive thru window and poured it into a cup in front of me. So frustrated with the way this location take advantage of my neighborhood. My your voices heard and demand accountability from this franchise.

Red Stick Chicken wasnt done right. It wasnt spicy at all. Other Popeyes locations make it a lot better. They serve you little pieces and they dont give it to you in a box, they give it to you in a white paper bag. Most of the time, their fries are either overcooked or too soggy. Other Popeyes location make better chicken more accurate as advertised.

They gave me 8 pieces of chicken instead of 10!! By the time we made it to our destination, I couldnt even feed the group of kids I had with me! I was pissed off!! Why do establishments tried to be cheap by holding back on food that you paid for!!! REALLY!!! Count your chicken before you leave the window!!!!

While I love Popeyes chicken this location is very hit or miss. Some days the chicken is really good other times its very greasy. The cajun fries and biscuits are good most times though.

Ive been here at least 4 times and the food is always cold. The biscuits are dry. Nothing is never fresh ...DONT EAT HERE.
