Greetings, I am writing to share my recent experience at KFC. I went In to order a 6 piece tender meal and the lady gave me a 3 piece meal with the wrong side order. She charged me for a 6 piece when I got a 3 piece. Also, I asked for one drink and she charged me for 2. One of the managers came and gave me a refund for the extra drink. In a civilized manner, I told her that I had ordered for a 6 piece and charged me $4 for an extra 3 piece chicken. She gave me extremely small pieces and I decided not to further intervene. In addition, I heard the manager lady say out loud how bad she wants go home. This is absurd. I havent been to a KFC in months due to their consistent, poor service. As a result of these issues still occurring over the years, I have transitioned to Popeyes Chicken right down the street and eat there once a week. I will spread the word on this specific location. I dont appreciate the treatment I have been getting since coming here for 10 years.

I visited the restaurant via drive thru. There isnt a screen to view your order do I ask the male taking my order to repeat. What he repeated was incorrect and he said he would make the correction. When I drove up to the window and paid; I reviewed my receipt and one of the orders was still incorrect. I brought this to his attention and he said he would correct it. Before leaving the window I inspected my order AND it was STILL WRONG. The only thing I gleen from my visit to this location is that they only value the business of "certain" customers. It appears my order was purposely prepared incorrectly. I should add my order of potato wedges were dumbed in a paper bag (no container). This meal presentation really left something to be desired.

Slow ass service. I walked in to buy some wings and as I was waiting to have my order taken, which was about 10 mins. 2 customers came in and walked out. There was no one ahead of me, and the cashier acknowledged my presence. Whatever she was doing was more important than helping a customer. I was really hungry and wanted chicken so I toughed it out. Not going back any time soon.

Wow its been awhile the service and good was nice but however two young employees disrespect me very badly,one employee use homophobic racial slurs while the other employee burst out laughing and though it is funny,i completely forgetting about this location I will never ever come here again.

I had a bad food experience on 8-6-17 i purchase a 2 piece white meat with two side of coleslaw. The chicken were dry and over cooked and the coleslaw tasted awful. I will never come here again and i wouldnt recommend this KFC to a friend nor a family member.

1st time ever eating there was 3 years ago. I said Id never go back but did today. The chicken, mash potatoes, mac n cheese, potato wedges, even the damn biscuit all taste like they were sitting around all day long. Never again
