I go to the sonic regularly I usually call my order in advance so that is ready to go as I am usually in a rush during the mornings. This morning I called in and was treated incredibly rude on the phone I showed up and was left waiting for over 10 minutes and was told he was too busy to make my order in advance even know there were only three cars in the parking lot. When I ask for my money back in my coupon so that I could make it to my appointment on time the guy told me to f*** off and get lost. Whoever owns the sonic needs to look at their morning management team very closely.

My hot dog was good but not hot. Tater tots were good. I had to repeat my order so many times I was ready to go someplace else. Order taker could not understand me nor I her. She doesnt know if the tea was fresh brewed or fountain. I ordered a large unsweet iced tea the largest size. I asked for four lemons because the cup is so large. Its about 1 lemon wedge per 8oz glass. I was charged over $5.00 for the tea and lemon. 60 cents a lemon slice. No one told me they charged that much. No ones ever charged my for lemon before. IM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Just went to drive thru for a banana shake @ 10 pm. Get home to find out I wasnt given a banana shake. I dont know what flavor it was. I do know a banana shake doesnt have brown bits of what I hope was like a pie crust. Some DUMBASS which a illegal alien type name was working the window. 7/30/15 10 pm This place already has the worst food around and now theyre Fn up the drinks/shakes which are the ONLY reason to ever stop at a sonic. Ill just go to Dairy Queen down the road next time.

Pretty much exactly what everyone else said. Quite possibly worst wait times of any food establishment I have ever visited. I could of slowroasted ribs in the time it took them to respond. After a certian point I told them how fed up I was and would not be doing business. SONIC you need to get it together. You are representing a major business and making a fool of yourself. No return visit for me

Dont eat here! The help, they are racist and make stale horrible food. When I tried to order Sierra got pissed off when I told her No Mayo and she repeated back mayo. Then the cheeseburger came with a hard stale bun, half a tomato, mayo... The tots were cold!!! You cant reach out on the website cause it stalls when entering a phone number. Someone please fire these laziness

Me and my friends went here tonight and were rudely greeted. The man was very very upset that we came five minutes before close and told us "Are you guys really doing this?" In a very rude rude tone. A big white guy who just handed us the drinks in a rude way. Usually never have a problem at this store.

I rate this three stars because it does have great choices and all but I think they could use a bit more workers considering the fact that if a lot of people come is going to take about 25 minutes and Sonic is supposed to be a fast drive-thru so unless I can fix that Im not raising up from three stars

It just felt forced. When ordering my items I felt rushed on the intercom. When they dropped off my.items to my car I felt like I had to take everything quickly or they would just drop it on the ground. Never get a Blue Raspberry Sweet Tea.... Its terrible. Its so bad it should be offered :)

This place sucks!. The customer service is bad, the lady that gave us the food was very rude. It sounded as if she hated working here. She threw the food at us and we waited so long for it, 40 minutes to be exact. it was 3pm on a Monday with only 2 other cars.

10 minutes for someone to respond. Another 15 for someone to take our order. 15 more minites for someone to come to the car and ask if wed placed our order. The order finally came out 10 minutes later. Total time to get 2 meals = 50 minutes!

Sonic is one of my favorite drive ins to come to for a night drive to get an icecream or slushie aftee dinner. Its got great options of the flavors and even small sizes are good quantities. Love the tatter tots here. Fries are good too

The onion rings at Sonic are very good. I also like the crispy fried chicken sandwich. The burgers are just average. They have an amazing assortment of drinks, such as various flavored limeades, slushy drinks and milkshakes.

Food isnt the best but they do have a ton to pick from. Downside is there is so much its overwhelming your first few times there when trying to order at the drive thru.

Ive been here at least 10 times and every single time I go through the drive through, it takes 15-20 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH. Terrible service and misunderstanding.
