I am nearly in tears writing this due to the compassion, kindness and excellent service from two of your employees. My husband, "D", just completed 35 radiation treatments and 2 rounds of chemotherapy, due to tongue and throat cancer. He just got his feeding tube removed a few weeks ago and is just now ATTEMPTING to eat real food. Anything even mildly spicy still burns his tongue terribly, and anything too tough is hard to chew and swallow. Rachael was our waitress and we expressed to her our concerns and she went out of her way to explain some options to us. She even went so far as to bring the Manager,Angelo, to our table. Angelo spent time with us and shared some options as well. Then he personally took the time to prepare a country fried steak that was made extra tender, and dipped only in plain batter and flour, so as not to be too spicy. I have not seen my husband eat so well in nearly 8 months. He still eats very slowly and not too much at one sitting, so we still had to bring most of the meal home, but it was so thoughtful of Rachael and Angelo to be so kind, supportive and accommodating. We cannot wait to return and look forward to the day when "D" can eat a full meal again. You are blessed with two exceptional employees. I hope you appreciate them as much as we do :)

I had never even heard of this restaurant until I did a search for a steakhouse. Lots of positive reviews, so we decided to give a try. 3 pm on a Sunday it was packed. I liked the rolls w/ cinnamon butter. My bucket had no peanuts in it btw. I ordered the biggest primerib they had w/ baked loatao and salad. Despite having our orders completely mixed up ( my p.rib had her mushrooms on it and her veg was on my plate and my baked potato was on her plate. All the rite components on all the wrong plates) ( we just switched potatos and I gave her the veggies then they had to bring out another side of mushrooms cause they ended up on my p.rib) the meal was delicious. I loved the primerib. Very flavorful as well as the juice. The sides were good too. Also had a blue rum drink cooler or something. It tasted good but needed more alcohol. We had 2 primeribs w/sides and sodas and 2 rum drinks totalling $65 and change. That seemed fairly typical for what we had. The food was so good im not deducting stars for all the screw ups ( no peanuts on table and food being all mixed up on wrong plates). I will be back. Soon.

Steaks done right! Ribs are also very very tender and very tasty. Appetizers are good but stay away from the fried pickles, disgusting pickles from a jar, was expecting non-vinegar type fried pickles. Loaded sweet potato was good but all other sides are boring and tasteless. Ordered cheese on my fries, received plastic melted on what wouldve been good fries, I regret that decision. Went with a big party for our first time it was a decent place to go to for our first time to Texas Roadhouse. It is a swell place for a couple who love the main entree and maybe an appetizer, not a bigger party who want to try out different food as the crowded atmosphere creates an uncertain pressure. Drinks arent anything special that some teens couldnt put together while their parents are away. Waitress was impatient after we explained we were new to the restaurant, as if explaining it was our first time didnt clue her in to us not being completely familiar with their menu. Calling ahead doesnt really do anything special. All in all avoid sides and beverages, and you have yourself an expensive well prepared steak.

We have dined in multiple times and the service is pretty good and the atmosphere is to be expected, loud, busy, family oriented. The take out is dreadful - multiple times they have missed orders or forgotten items or added toppings to a salad that were specifically not requested. When you call to complain, youll get a "manager" telling you they will send you something in the mail (nothing arrives), presumably a coupon or discount. When I approached the "manager" about this recently during another take out order, he told me he was not the acting manager and would talk to the real manager and "get back to me" Were done with take out from Texas Roadhouse, its a shame too because their food is really good and priced right.

Went here last night cause I had a gift card and it had been a while.. Been here before a couple times and things were perfect. This time I just have to voice out. Ordered the 10 Oz ribeye and grilled shrimp combo, girl had BBQ chicken and ribs combo. The 2nd entree was fine, great. My entree was okay, but a couple small complaints.. the steak looked flat and kind of mangled looking, a nice thick piece of steak would have been nice. Also the fat content on it was poorly trimmed off. It tasted fine I guess but still, come on now Texas roadhouse, you can do better for the money being paid here. Step it up and Ill def. Come back as I was a repeat customer in the past.

My boyfriend and I often eat at this restaurant because he is a steak lover. We enjoy the free peanuts and the servers are usually friendly. The food is always more than we can eat and need a to go box. Food is good and they have a large selection of beverages including teas, soft drinks and bar drinks. They offer each table hot rolls, which have become very small now, and cinnamon sugar butter. The salads are always fresh and food delivery time is usually fast depending on what you order. Overall, we enjoy eating here and will be back. Only thing we find from time to time is the overhead music is often WAY TOO loud cant hear each other talking.

The food and service here is up to snuff. About the typical quality you would expect at Texas Roadhouse. My main complaint is that they cant usually accommodate sitting larger groups when we want to meet my folks or siblings for dinner. Also they usually play music very loudly which made it hard to hear the people on the other end of the table if you are in a group. Also, the last time we were there the female staff all lined up and did a line dance (note: none of the male wait staff participated which seemed like it was a bit of sexist exhibitionism) which was fairly awkward for us and confused my kids ("Why are they dancing?").

Got the half slab and pulled pork. Came with tons of biscuits and that cinnamon butter and two sides per dinner. The Texas Roadhouse ribs were larger portions than Thomas BBQ on New York St in Aurora but the Thomas ribs and sauce were tastier. This is offset by the inclusion of two sides (my choices loaded baked potato and steak fries, both quite good) which trump Thomas poor fries. The pulled pork was great. The carryout staff was attentive as they confirmed my order box by box before departing. Would eat again A++

Just left Texas Roadhouse with my Veteran husband on Veterans Day. A) I think its the coolest thing to give free meals to all our active and former military men on this special day. B) What an honor to be amongst these awesome men who proudly serve our country who proudly wear their gear, and C) You guys outdid yourselves in the fresh meat case for your customers viewing by spelling out "Welcome Veterans" out of the steaks - Brilliantly creative! All that aside, great food, awesome server, (Thanks Sheri!)
