Walked in on weekday morning at 7:30 AM. There were about 5 tables already sat and most had their breakfast or placed their order. Server was running around frantic, although she took greeted us and took our order promptly. Kitchen took almot 45 minutes for pretty basic omlettes and a kiddie meal. Took 15 minutes and asking the manager and the server to get boxes to wrap up our meal. When paying, told the manager everything was really slow and he indicated they dont usually have this many people in a smug way. Really? He could have been doing more like remembering my boxes, helping to serve / take orders if it was that busy. The place didnt get busy until AFTER we got our check. Will not be back.. and it expensive for not great food. They dont even use real maple syrup. They upcharge for it on the menu and didnt even have it in stock. Ive been to other LePeeps and been very happy. This one is just plain mis-managed!

Never have I ever been more disrespected by a hospitality employee in my entire life. I ordered from grub hub and reveived no syrup or gravy with my chicken and waffles. This was not the first time le peep forgot something in the order. I called grub hub and thank goodness for their exceptional customer service, because after hanging up with the restaurant I wasnt even getting as much as an apology from a Patti at le peep. Needless to say I will never patronize this establishment again, there are plenty of joints with better food and an understanding of good hospitality. Looking forward to your response!

Since i live 2 miles from this joint, i thought, itll be good for the soul, to stay local and hit this breakfast joint. The exterior, looks nice with large windows, showing off route 14. The interior, is larger then it appears, and has a great family feel to it. From what i can see, every staff member, had a pleasant smile and stayed busy. Now for the food....we built our own omelets and i must say, the omelets werent as good as other places ive been....but, they werent bad either. Since theyre local, ill definitely give them any chance and see what else they have too offer.

My $$$ is the only reason your business exists. If you are so offended go bus tables where you have no interaction with customers . If you are the owner please know you have one less customer and I'll spread the word about your bad behavior. Grow up! Btw, the Mister Rogers look is creepy

Great food and service for very reasonable prices. I have been a regular here for quite some time. I have to say that in the last year or so they have really stepped up their game. I like that they are open later now and I think this place will stick around unlike many other places in downtown Mt. Prospect (Tokens, Bar 145, Crave, just to name a few). The owner is very observant and makes sure his staff does a good job keeping everyone satisfied. Definitely Worth It.

Food and overall experience is so bad I have to stop attempting to eat it. The "lumberjack breakfast" was by no means meant for a lumberjack. The rightful title is "soccer mom on a diet breakfast." Hot chocolate was actually cold chocolate. Over medium eggs were actually sunny side up. Would not recommend to anyone. If you want a great breakfast, go right down the street to Mr. Allisons. Id give 0 stars if I could.

The food is always fantastic! My favorite thing on the menu is the Salmon Tacos. The employees are very friendly and happily to accommodate for young children, infants and anyone else that needs it.The place is always clean including the restrooms. It also looks fantastic with their new remodeled place! They just started a trivia game night for the evening crowd. It is a VERY pleasant place to eat.

LOVE this place. My son, my boyfriend, and myself have not tried anything here that wasnt delicious. Son loves their burgers and he is quite picky about burgers. Patty melt, delicious. Great healthy options. The owner is super nice as is the wait staff. Maybe they had some kinks a few years ago but they are fabulous, now. We go two times a week, usually. :)

You can tell the owner is engaging and cares to ensure his customers leave with a good experience. The food portions or quality could be a little better at times, but you get what you pay for. The decor and seating needs to be freshened up a bit as well. They have a pretty big selection of menu choices.

Not as fancy or expensive as name might imply. Very nice atmosphere and very family friendly. Portions and value compliment each other perfectly here. We had only come here cause I thought itd be good for Valentines Day. But we have now found our regular breakfast place and are pleasantly suprised.

Nice little cafe. Great cafe food. Attentive staff. You get a carafe of ice water right away so you wont need to ask for refills. Iced tea also served in a carafe. Breakfast served all day, but good lunch/dinner choices to. Reasonable prices. Parking is in the rear of the building.

Very happy!! Been here before and wasnt blown away but reserved comment. Today was extremely satisfied. The atmosphere was toasty, the server, James, was upbeat and pleasant without being fake. The food was perfectly cooked and will make this my le peeps when I dont want to cook.

Waited 5 min. to get seated and when we do it was by bus boy, not hostess. Ordered drinks consisting of 2 cokes. Took 25 min. before I finally said something. Food was ok . Service was horrendous. Would give ZERO stars if allowed. Thanks le peep.

This place is awful and they take forever to get you your incorrect order. I ordered pancakes with no powdered sugar and a side of bacon. I got pancakes with sugar and no bacon ever. $4 for a side of bacon. Terrible service, will not return.

I love the staff here they are great. I go here for breakfast on Sundays food isnt outstanding but its good they do serve bloody Marys in the morning. Havent been here for drinks or lunch/dinner.

The Hollandaise sauce seemed like it was out of a can, and served cold over my poached eggs. The salmon was really salty. The service is a little slow at the past peak time on at Saturday at 2 pm
