Is rapid pick really rapid? I placed my order on-line 20 minutes ahead and choose specific time to pick up my order - 11.40 am. I came with two small kids and my intent was to pick up rapidly. When I came and saw long line, I realized that my order would be not rapid. Sure enough - 11.40 am and my order is not on the shelf. I have to stay in long line (6 people) to get to the cashier and express my concerns about rapidness. 11.45 am and kids are already screaming. On the positive side, staff put together my order relatively quick, but it was done like for rest of the customers who were in the line. I did not get a point of online order and rapid pick up if that was not done on time. I know, I know Saturday is the busiest day, but Panera advertise rapid pick up, that should be rapid.

Panera has great food with that being said this is the first time I went to this location. Its the closest to my work but I always went to a different one. Picked up a panini sandwhich for for take out lunch, ordering a was quick, wait for sandwich was 15mins. Got back to work opened the sandwich even though it had grill marks, it was cold and the cheese wasnt even melted. I had to put it in the microwave to warm it up. For that high of a price thats just ridiculous.

Late 90 minutes late for a corporate lunch delivery for 11. When they realized they hadnt even started the order they should have called me; I could have made other arrangements with our own in house cafeteria I called them the first time after waiting 49 minutes and they said "they just left. I called again 15 minutes later and they again said they left 3 minutes ago. Lousy liars

Always enjoy my meals at Panera, and my experience here was no different. Got a turkey sandwich on wheat. Was a bit light on the meat and fixins side, but still filled me up. Fast service (really fast, actually), wifi is always good. Just get there before the lunch hour, as the line goes pretty long.

Always mess up my order for some reason. I gave online order and went for pick up after 20 minutes and it was not ready. When I ask where is my order they said we just received your order. Please dont lie. In this internet generation my order was received 20 minutes after. Not possible.

I have faced inaccuracies couple of times in the orders fulfilled through Rapid Pickup. I walked out with the bag without checking only to realize later that something was either missing or different from what I ordered.

Food always seems very fresh to me, high quality and very tasty. The new bread-roll is just ok--I miss the chewy-crusted baguette. I like the idea that they care about what they server their customers.
