I work in the mall so I figured this Starbucks would be more on my way compare to the other Starbucks in Gurnee. My mistake. It was a Saturday and they had only 3 workers total and one was obviously new because she had no idea what she was doing. The line wasnt long but the new girl was taking forever (which is understandable). Finally while waiting for my drink, they were taking forever. Then I notice people who were behind me were getting there drinks. So I spoke up and said I been waiting already 20 mins (counting waiting in line) and they said "oh we are on it" and continue to do other people and even after they finished started to make other peoples drinks! They obviously forgot my drink. They didnt even say sorry for making you wait or anything unlike most other Starbucks. I was there for a totally of 30 mins and almost late for work and they messed up my drink as well! DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS. Any other Starbucks know how to treat their customers with more respect.

I like Starbucks, and I like the fast service. Do I like the prices? No. But its a chain, but its proved its mettle. I love the caramel fraps and I love their seasonal drinks, though I wish they kept them on longer (like gingerbread latte?!) but all in all its very good, if you can stand the crowding and the feeling that you cant disturb anyone because all people do there is stare at a laptop screen. Good place to work, but not to have a conversation without someone looking at you like youre an awful person.

Very sarcastic "barista" do not know her name but she made the overall experience horrible. My day was bad to begin with and it was made worse by her sarcasm. She came off as snappy, rude, and undermined me as a customer and this isnt the first time shes done this. Definitely do not recommend anyone to go here youre better off getting your beverage from the Macys location in the mall. At least there theyre not rude when theyre having a bad day.

I had the intention of buying one small coffee, but when I walked in 3 minutes before the mall was going to close, the girl up front rudely told me they were closed. I wouldnt even be upset if she had at least told me in a more nice and apologetic way.
