The food is delicious, theres no doubt. But the service I experienced was cold, and almost toxic. I arrived about 25 minutes before closing, and you would think the women behind the counter were about to leave for their own weddings. No friendly welcome. No hello. Curt responses. No up-sales. It was really uncomfortable. To think if they paid their counter people six or seven bucks more an hour, they could attract salespeople who could sell literally hundreds if not thousands more per day. Sad. I was going to purchase some of their other products before I left, but I was afraid Id make them late for their reception.

This place is very trendy and great sandwiches, there is an employee there named Edward who went above and beyond my expectations and even remembered me after my next visit after the holidays. I recommend this place if your looking for a variety of a lunch menu.
