This location used to be the best . Now starting at this date today , it absolutely sucks . Staff poorly trained , sloppy rolled burritos , when I got to the cashier she tried to charge me for extra chicken and I told he 5 times I didnt get extra chicken and she did it anyways ! Get it together chipotle

Love it! I always ask for a little more steak & white rice because I dont have much on my burrito other than lettuce. They are cool about it & dont charge me extra unlike other chipotle that give me very little & whine that theyll charge me extra. Good place to eat.

The Chipotle Restaurants out West are terrible, so I was pleasantly surprised when I had a burrito here in the afternoon. The burrito was delicious, massive. The one complaint I have is the price of the chips/salsa and the outrageous price for guacamole.

Usually chipotle is good but this chipotle never has the freshest ingredients. Even on the first day they opened the ingredients were not as good drive to the golf road or Arlington heights chipotle to get your moneys worth.

Worst chipotle I ever been to. For 2 reasons 1. Uncooked meat were found in the food and got a refund. 2. Quantity - we order 3 meals and non of them had enough meat in it even with the extra meat. So never coming back

A bunch of high school kids that need supervision. They were sloppy, just threw things everywhere, the containers that held the food and condiments looked nasty.. They were fast, but lacked quality. Fix yourselves.
