This last weekend, we had our party catered by Qdoba. And I cannot be happier with the results!! Everything was ready to go when we came in to pick it up which made the whole process super easy and quick! Hot food was hot, cold food was cold. We got home and started unpacking everything and realized there was no lettuce. So we called the store, some sort of computer glitch. No big deal, I said I would come back in for it. But the man I was talking to immediately offered to deliver it to our home, no charge! So nice! We got our lettuce within 15 minutes of calling and he was extremely polite and friendly about the whole thing. Such great customer service! And the food was as fantastic as it always is when we eat in the restaurant! We got so many compliments and praise from our family! Already planning the next party that we can cater!

I frequent this location at least once, if not twice a week. I usually order hard/crispy shelled tacos, chips and salsa. However, during the last month ( August 2014 ) was not a good experience. The shells and chips were almost always stale. Now, I dont know if this location is under new management or they are trying to increase profits by using day old food, but this shyt needs to stop. Get your act together Qdoba or Im going back to Taco Bell.

Im a big fan of their Tacos. And a burrito is always a great way to bomb your stomach full. The salads are great too. The service has been mostly "miss" in my visits - short answers, hurried line workers, and a general "I dont want to be here" vibe. For Mexican fast food, its solid.

I went there and ordered a pulled pork burrito and when I took a bite I had a huge clump of hair in my mouth. Ive never been so disgusted in my life! I messaged both the corporate website and Facebook publicity page and no one responded. Real professional Qdoba...

So you get a Qdoba coupon emailed to Terriat 4:52pm offering half off a second entree due to the snow and only good for today. Now most people at this time may be on the road and say, cool, we can do that. But Qdoba needs a hard copy printed. How stupid is this?"

This Qdoba location has always been clean and quick. I really enjoy their queso and chips, especially the Diablo Queso. I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle because they have more choices.
