Im done! I live across the street but I will now drive the extra 2 miles to the next nearest Chipotle for my burritos. I used to go there at least 4 times a week but theyve lost my business. Everytime I go, there is always a problem. Whether its a poorly wrapped burrito that is falling apart when I get home, a burrito full of bean juice and Pico de gallo liquid that again causes the burrito to fall apart or now today my burrito had a huge whole in it which is definitely something they should have rewrapped. I order burritos not burrito bowls. Ive repetitively given them a chance even going in and telling them to drain the liquids, how to layer the ingredients and even in which direction to fold and wrap my burrito so Im not getting a mouthful of a single ingredient every bite. No one likes that. Its unappetizing and disappointing especially every time. I dont order alot of ingredients either for them to be bursting out so it doesnt make sense. All my friends "warned me" about this chipotle when I moved here a few months ago but I figured how bad could it really be...HORRIBLE! It really just seems that the employees dont care and should be retrained. They should learn the value of making good food and pleasing customers or be replaced by people who care. I grew up working in restaurants from serving and bartending to line cook and expo and I know I loved to see my customers smile. I digress, avoid this location if you want a good meal. Ive included a picture of their work so all can see how they prepare the burritos.

This may seem like an exaggeration but the last four times Ive visited this place, Ive had to wait at least 5 mins for my food: either chicken is out or fajitas are being made. The last time I got dried up chicken. Im done with this place. With the challenges this restaurant chain is going through, one would think they will be trying harder to meet the basic needs of their customers. Its too bad.

DONT GO DURING LUNCH RUSH. I like to arrive early (around 11:15) and never have a problem, but if you arrive later than that, you will end up waiting 20 minutes in a line out the door. Service is very slow here, and sometimes the quality of the food suffers

Same as other Chipotle store. Need some attention during handling the customers. Quantity they provide is less on each item. If asked for more then it is charged by default it 2$ for everything.

Literally the least amount of food given. Every location I have been to has given a good amount of meat on the bowls but this location is terrible and dirty. I hope they go out of business

Meat is good, not fatty or tough. They do charge more for adding guacamole unlike another. Offer bogo frequently which is nice. Service is generally quick. Chips always taste fresh.

Food good, service slow. They had 5 people up front and they were leapfrogging all over each other. Luckily there were only a few people in line so got through in about 10 minutes.
