Pre-ordered online for pick up at 12:15pm, I came in on time but nothing was done which if fine if its busy but it wasnt. As soon as they realized the situation they gave me a free drink, then customers came in and they took care of them before handling my meal, total wait time was easily 15-20 minutes. I am not the one to complain i get it can be busy during lunch but it was the attitude that was given towards me after I asked for vinaigrette on the side.

This Chipotle is relatively fast with friendly service. Seating is rather limited in the restaurant, though, which can be problematic. The food, like most Chipotles, is decent but not great. There are definitely better places to go for this "mexican style" of food, but the convenience of Chipotle does make it appealing at times.

The Asian guy (didnt get his name) working today was a total jerk. Everything I asked for, hed roll his eyes as if he was going out of his way to do me a favor. Dude, reality check, thats your job. If you dont want to be working, then go home.

Rice was super under cooked one time. It was like biting into plastic. Sadly it was the time I decided to get two bowls. Other times it was decent. This place usually gimps on the rice and toppings
