If I could give it a zero I would. I waited 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of me... he ordered a bowl and a quesadilla. There was only one girl making all the food and running the register. I saw three different people in the back on their phones. It wasnt even 7 pm yet and they were scraping food from the bottom of the containers with no seeming desire to get new stuff out. There was no queso and they said it would be a 15 minute wait for it. When I spoke with the management she wasnt very friendly and sounded sarcastic when she apologized. On top of it food was subpar. Horrible service.

I would just like to let you guys know, how disappointed I was with your service today. Not only was the Howell Ave, Qdoba, Oak Creek, WI, late in delivering but the 2 “ experienced” caters that were sent to deliver and set up had no sense of urgency. I could not believe my eyes…….the company did not eat till 12:30. 1.you guys delivered late 2. your set up people are super slow! As if they never had set up!!!!.....I BELIEVE THEY HAD BEEN CALLED AND KNEW THEY WERE LATE!.....WOW. 3. the food set-up was wrong….please train your people!..... Very upset!

The staff here put up with my shenanigans like champs. I used to love getting burritos from here, but then I moved over to tacos, not just any tacos though. My tacos are loaded with rice, beans, meat, hot sauce, cheese, and sour cream. When they are done they can hardly form the tacos, and yet every time I leave they manager to tell me to have a nice day. I recently switched over to get bowls, and while its a bit more than Chipotle, you also have more variety. This is the perfect place to go when you have a craving for queso.

Sometimes there is a wait, but usually not long. They make the food to your order so it usually cant go wrong. Its okay for kids because they can get the small plain tacos or go for a quesadilla. They have bottled beer in a cooler behind the register. The forks they have are hard thick plastic. This does make a difference. I did order guacamole on the side and it wnded up costing $1.50 for maybe 5 tablespoons!

Great service, both when ordering in the store or if you decide to order online and pick it up. Have never had a bad experience at this location. Personally I am more of a Chipotle fan, but this place is closer so Im still stop by here every once in awhile.

Trying hard to stay relevant, I guess, theyve started changing up the menu. Its not that I mind a little change, just dont get rid of the staples along the way. Im not sure that adding BBQ was the savvy move they think it was...

Used to be really good but the last 3 times Ive been here they have been out of guac and half the salsas and without that the food is really bland and not very good at all. I dont think Ill be back anymore.
